From the beginning I told her I wanted a unique theme since I am having twins - a boy and a girl! Lisa was on a roll with amazing ideas from that moment forward. One of my favorite pieces was the real ice cream cart we filled with an assortment of ice cream. It was a hit and the perfect touch for an ice cream themed party! We had a last-minute venue change for my daughter's birthday, which suddenly opened up the chance *and need* for balloons...with only 36 hours to make it happen. I'm so glad that I found her on Yelp, reached out through the app and texted her (because urgency), and she responded at lightning speed. Within no time, she understood the vision, sent mockups, and worked with me to create something that actually fit the space, vibe, and budget--no stress, no back-and-forth headaches. She showed up right on time with a team member, both of them kind, professional, and ready to go. Setup was smooth, efficient, and honestly, kind of magical to watch come together so quickly. The whole experience felt easy when it easily could have been chaotic. Triple B Balloons now on my go to list!!

Update 8/19: After reading the owner's response below, I want to correct a few statements for…read moreanyone considering booking. I paid $250 total -- $75 to Jennifer in advance and $175 directly to the entertainer on the day of the party. I did not pay $175 as stated in her response. I also was never told that I was booking a trainee or that a trainee would arrive without the attire, table/chair setup, or level of service the owner had described. Had that been communicated before I booked, I would have chosen another company. The owner initially acknowledged to me in writing that she had missed my requests and failed to communicate the level of service I was booking. I stand by my original review and unfortunately would not recommend this company based on my experience. Original Post: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience. We paid $250 for two hours of face painting and balloon twisting for my son's birthday party. On the company's intake form, I specifically selected that we wanted the entertainer to arrive in costume and that she would need to bring her own table. Neither happened. The entertainer arrived in jeans and a gray college sweatshirt with no company attire or costume, and without a table or even a chair for herself. She had only a small tray for her supplies, so I had to find a bench and figure out where to set her up. She was pleasant and the face painting and balloons themselves were fine, but there was very little engagement or presence as a party entertainer. Several guests didn't realize she was the entertainer, and I spent time directing parents and children over to her instead of enjoying my son's party. When I contacted the owner afterward, she initially apologized and acknowledged that she had missed my requests on the intake form and that the communication failure was on her end. She also explained that their artists normally arrive in company attire. I was then told that the person sent to our party was actually a trainee and that trainees do not bring tables, chairs, specific attire, or costumes. This was never disclosed to me before booking. Had I known I was paying $250 for a trainee with a substantially different level of service, I would have chosen one of the other entertainment companies we were considering. I understand that mistakes happen, and the entertainer herself was perfectly nice. My disappointment is with paying for one experience, receiving something very different, and only learning afterward that we had been assigned a trainee. Unfortunately, I would not book with this company again.

She arrived 10 minutes early and was incredibly professional, friendly, and flexible throughout the event. Our party theme was Zootopia, and I shared photos of Judy and Nick. Jen did an incredible job recreating both characters on my daughter' face, and all the other guests picked their favorite pattern from the booklet. everyone was so impressed with the detail and creativity! My daughter had an absolute blast, and her guests loved it too. There was a line of excited kids waiting to get painted the entire time, and every child walked away smiling. The face painting quickly became one of the highlights of the party.

Lovely family-owned business, very easy to contact, and they truly went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. They started off by asking for a budget and color theme. I sent a few inspo pictures and let them do the rest! They even visited the venue beforehand to take measurements and walked me through their ideas. We ended up with a giant LED "30" sign and several balloon clusters and arches. My theme was "emo prom" and they even made tabletop pieces with "emo prom," "elder emo," and "it was never a phase" printed on! Problem solving was also amazing! There was an issue with the venue and the balloon placement we had originally planned for, but they were able to find other ways to use some of the balloon pieces at the last minute and still made my party look amazing! I would recommend them again and again.

This is a reply to Ramadeep who commented on my review for dream events…read more I m glad you had such a good experience with dream events. Unfortunately my experience is the opposite. It was not just the matter of payment only. First of all I never said I was not going to pay her. She DID get paid when she messaged me for the payment. To your other point of ethics, I totally agree with you that there should be ethics in business which actually she lacks. Just for an example I will give couple of things of her poor business ethics 1. It was part of the contract to provide certain type of bulbs on stage (the picture was provided to her before signing the contract) She messaged my wedding planner that the bulbs got damaged two weeks before the event. She said she ordered them on amazon n it may not come on time. (which is understandable). But a good business ethics is that you keep spares in advance. So apparently she said she will use another product and instead of asking us if we like them, she just told us that this is what she will provide us on the wedding day. 2. She demanded my event planner to use her business name or tag her in stage pictures instead of requesting if she can tag her in the pictures. NOT that we had any issues doing that but its just the ethics of asking that. Btw it was not part of the contract. So my review is based on multiple events that fortunately you did not experienced in your events with her to make the taste of her service sour.
