    The fellas!!

It's honestly hard to believe some of these reviews! I've used Miracle Man Movers for four total moves now: one from a third storey apartment and one into a three storey home with lots of fragile glass and antique furniture. These guys are the best. Dominic, Jesse, Gene, and Foley showed up on time and took such an incredible pace, working to prep and tape our arcade machines and large pieces. We were estimated 9 hours but these guys got it done in half the time. David is wonderful at the office and is a great help in getting everything coordinated. Owen was so pleasant and welcoming in getting my moving bid started this time. Hire these lads with confidence! They're a fantastic value, they work with your budget, and they are truly people I look forward to welcoming into my home.

    They broke the legs off

Avoid at all costs! We hired them to move us 15 minutes across town and only take about 6 pieces of furniture. They broke my front door because one of the staff kicked it in to "hold it open." They also broke my table into many pieces. We filled out the claim paperwork but never got a call or email. We followed up and nothing. This is the table that belonged to my great grandmother that has surged many moves unscathed... until these people threw it into the truck. It was built in 1901 and meant a lot to me. I have never worked with a company that left me sobbing. These are not good people.

WATCH OUT and read the reviews. I was over charged and significant damage was done to my property. I have been trying to contact the company for 2 weeks and they refuse to return my call. Additionally they showed up hours late with inadequate equipment for the contracted move.

This is the second time we've used Miracle Man Movers for a small moving project. Both times they've done a very good job, the second time with a very heavy item that was difficult to move. They communicated well, some re-scheduling was involved, but the work was finished on the day promised, and the scheduler worked with me to give us the lowest estimate possible that would still be achievable by the movers. The movers met me on time, quickly transported the item, and managed to come in considerably under the estimate. Aubery and Rico were personable but businesslike, and got the job done efficiently. A very good experience.

They dropped my drawers and told me they found them like this.

I would strongly suggest that you think twice before giving any business to this company. I hired Miracle Man Movers in Sept 2021 and it was a genuinely horrible experience. Multiple items were damaged during the move, at the fault of the movers. The first item was our antique china hutch. It was dropped on its front off the hydraulic lift as it was not being supported by hand as it was raised. The movers admitted to this while onsite. The negligence by their staff led to significant damage that is beyond repair for an antique that cannot be replaced. The second item they damaged was my daughter's daybed drawers. They claimed these were damaged when they picked them up, but I saw them in perfect condition the morning of the move, so I believe they were dishonest. When I filed a formal claim for the damages in October 2021 (a process that took me several hours because they make it unnecessarily difficult), I called 5 times over the next 3 months to follow up just to make sure they had received my claim information. Not once did I receive a callback, but eventually reached someone who did verbally confirm receipt of my claim. I called every month for the next 6 months for a status update on the claim, leaving voicemails for the claims department who never once returned a single call. Finally, I filed a Better Business Bureau claim against the company because they owed me compensation for the damages to my property, and they responded saying they never received my claim information. I then provided the same claim information through the BBB portal and Anna Bullock the owner replied, "Now that I have it I will review and respond to this client....Again, I will work on this and respond to the client asap." That was more than 2 months ago. Still no response, still no compensation, still no taking responsibility for her staff mishandling my property and lying about it. I strongly recommend that you do not give your business to Miracle Man Movers.

These 3 gentlemen handled the loading of our truck. They were on time and did a great job. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Did great work! Everything was packed securely, and nothing was damaged. I would certainly use them again!

These guys are very professional and friendly, Highly recommend.

These movers did a great job, they were very professional and came in under the price they quoted . I would definitely recommend them for any moves that you have planned.

Yeah, don't go with these guys. i had specific instructions for my move both to the rep on the…read morephone (xavier he's great) and to them directly. all were not really cared for properly. I should have just gotten my friends and a uhaul to move, but i was promised it would take 5hrs. i was billed 5.5hrs. tip top of the money i had left. and they didn't even have time to move everything. why? because their recklessness with my things i didn't want them carrying my computer monitors. they were hired to pack and move stuff across portland. they came at 1:30 when they said only to tell me that they didn't know they needed all the packing stuff. they eventually arrived nearly 2hrs later and towards the END Of the original window i was promised without any 'hey we will be there at this ETA' they said they got stuck behind a train, which is fine i guess? but no update after that until i called and complained, which got me a 5% discount, which is nice i guess? but like everything that happened after were MASSIVE red flags, both for the computer and the 'movers' which felt like contractors they just hired for whatever without properly vetting. i had a small move, 2 rooms. they were the slowest movers and most reckless movers i've ever hired. but i don't really blame them fully for that. supposedly they were working since 8am and just drove up from salem or something. they didn't even eat lunch. is that even legal?! no wonder they came to the door exhausted already and out of it. These 2 guys did the best they could, but honestly with how exhausted I was from helping them (something i SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO DO), they were doing a good job, but that doesn't really matter. in the end this guy ruined my 2000 custom built standing desk for music. not sure if i can get it repaired or fixed. he undid it and said he will put it back together. it was pretty easy just a few bolts into the joints between the wooden top and the legs and putting on the keyboard tray. easy stuff for the most part (when you have a drill, i don't own one). this guy didn't even look at where he was drilling or understand how the desk was put together after showing him specific things. he just drilled in the bolts and they hit a part that they're supposed to go into but was put in backwards making it impossible (on purpose) to get the screw in. this guy just kept drilling harder and harder and when i asked him about it he was like yeah it's supposed to sound like that. He either was so exhausted he couldn't think straight or just took on tasks he could have said 'yeah i don't know how to do that, can you do it?' either way now i have a broken desk that's only partially built and put together. i am really glad i moved all of my expensive stuff to my place with a friend last weekend, because they definitely would have broken a lot of very expensive things! I also gave them a mattress cover to put on the mattress, and they struggled doing that. You are movers wtf?! i zipped it up about half way and moved on. Then when we got to my new place they didn't even use it and put the mattress on the pavement to get a better angle or something. like what was the point in bringing it?! They also dropped a bunch of precious memories i had in a bin in a bin, they said they took them out because the outer bin couldn't close (bs). They were holding it open wrapped around their arm and i asked them to close it as it doesn't look secure and he said it would be fine, then immediately drops it with pictures and papers dropping on the ground and getting dirty. Anyway this all just happened. and there's no way I can live in my new place due to the lack of time they afforded to me to actually place things in the right spot. At least my bed is in the right spot. luckily for now i am in a short term rental because my last place had mold and why I am moving. i am highly allergic and being there as long as i did, both to wait for them to show up and how slowly they worked on loading the truck, I am feeling sick again because of it. The estimate was low balled to say the least because these guys move at a snails pace because this company overworks them and treats likely their staff like crap. these are probably more desperate people looking for an easy pay day. one guy was like 'i worked 4 days this month' and the other one worked 6 days in a row. a 12 hr day without a break outside of driving (which isn't a break) isn't really fair or legal? I paid nearly 1k for this move, and you can't afford to give these people a proper break between moves? I'm sure they weren't making nearly enough either. Lastly they pressured me to sign a thing at the end of the receipt that says everything was delivered intact, which i didn't sign. Anyway go with another company, not worth the risk. I didn't have another weekend to do this move as i need to have a livable space and that takes time as well. Anyway the movers were careless, slow, expensive, and ignored instructions.
