It's a very nice and clean facility. I really enjoy the music and the window views. Threading was done correctly on eyebrows however upper lip turns red post finish. The lady was doing it as if she was mowing the lawn. Then, I went in a separate room for waxing. I just took 1 minute to get ready and in between this time, the lady started attending another customer. She came back saying that customer to wait for 2 minutes as the waxing will take only 2 minutes. Indeed she took 2 mins to finish the job but I got my skin peeled out I guess. And funny part is that lady came to attend her customers applying dye on her own hair. I dunno who appears like that in front of customers. The workers are not at all trained. You can rely on the founders only someone named Kinjal and another lady forgot the name.

They ripped the skin off his finger causes his to bleed profusely and developing a keloid on his finger. She tried to downplay the entire situation and was giggling when I spoke up. Well.. we walk in and she's on the phone and seems irritated that we came. She's talking to me and on the phone at the same time. I let it go. The towels they used were DIRTY, seats DIRTY, and service rushed. I rather never do my nails at home for the rest of my life before I return to this place. I had a appt but she was 1/2 late with another client who did not have one. She was in such a hurry, not paying much attention and just started clipping my nails so short it was too late to speak up. They are so thick and big gaps by my cuticles. She asked me if I wanted a manicure and before I could answer, she told me I didn't need one and I agreed. I was so upset and crying , I told her I just wanted to pay and go home. She then told the person in charge that I just didn't want to pay the $10 for the manicure, which was far from the truth. Another person tried cleaning them up but it was useless. I've been to so many places and they were the best so I'm very sad I will never go back there.
