I typically do my brows myself, but with a big trip and two weeks of wanting to spend zero extra time on my makeup, I decided to leave nothing to chance and opted to have them tended professionally. I paid the extra fee to have the owner, Destiny, do my brows herself. No messing around. I walked in and she was ready. The space was clean, and I dropped into some casual conversation with her and her coworker with ease. They were both free when I walked in, but both chairs filled within a few minutes. I explained where I was going/my needs, and she did her thing. My brows are a little uneven as far as thickness, so for the first couple of days I added a little fill to the one, but after a couple of days they evened out and still looked great. The shape was perfect, they were the right shade, and gave me the POP I wanted. I went in the ocean multiple times, salty hot springs, hiking in the Mexican sun, endured a myriad of pillowcases in hotels, plus had my sleep mask and several different hats on, and we're still looking pretty good now that I'm home from my adventures. I would definitely consider microshading there in the future. Destiny's vibe might not be right for everyone, but the Browtique was it for me.

Everyone is nice and the only thing you have to make an appointment for is non face waxing, like body waxing but I would call a head and just make one because it's faster. :) I would bring cash or use the ATM located outside, every time I go there they either have a problem with the computer or put me down for cash. :( Oh and please don't bring kids because hearing crying babies while getting waxed is kind of annoying, sorry. :D

I consulted with Quilisha and informed me they had a 2~3 day guarantee, and if I experienced fall out during that time, to let them know and the lashes would be replaced for free. After a week, I can have them replaced for $1/lash. The whole process took Quilisha 20 minutes (I later learned from other upscale salons, the process should take 45 minutes to an hour) and my eyes looked FABULOUS! Two days later (and with great care) the lashes began falling out. I immediately notified Quilisha, and was told it would cost me $1/lash. I was instantly dissatisfied and unhappy! By the end of the week, every single lash fell out! Terrible! Rip off!
