I gave 4 star mostly because of the pricing. $15 for eyebrow waxing is kind of much. :( My old waxing place cost $7 but I moved and didn't want to keep driving over there. Everyone is nice and the only thing you have to make an appointment for is non face waxing, like body waxing but I would call a head and just make one because it's faster. :) I would bring cash or use the ATM located outside, every time I go there they either have a problem with the computer or put me down for cash. :( Oh and please don't bring kids because hearing crying babies while getting waxed is kind of annoying, sorry. :D read more

Don't waste your money! I went in Dec. 2nd to have eyelash strips applied, but was told they only have individual lashes ($25 difference). I consulted with Quilisha and informed me they had a 2~3 day guarantee, and if I experienced fall out during that time, to let them know and the lashes would be replaced for free. After a week, I can have them replaced for $1/lash. The whole process took Quilisha 20 minutes (I later learned from other upscale salons, the process should take 45 minutes to an hour) and my eyes looked FABULOUS! Two days later (and with great care) the lashes began falling out. I immediately notified Quilisha, and was told it would cost me $1/lash. I was instantly dissatisfied and unhappy! This place is TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. The employees are very RUDE, and they do rush jobs with horrible results. After i explained to the employee that she rushed and my eyebrows were not even-- she tried again and made it worse (now they were crooked). This place! Where should I begin?!!! First the girl that was performing my service had a friend that sitting there talking to her the whole time. I wanted and eyebrow wax and tent. She took too much with my eyebrow wax and used tent that had already been sitting there mixed up probably something she used another customer. Her friend that was sitting there talking to her called me a saltine cracker probably because of the color of my skin. December 14, 2015 Eyebrowz @ Eastland (614) 861-9691 I visited the facility with my friend to receive the eyebrow wax shaping for $16. I was accompanied by my friend. The service was performed by Ms. Barb. During the service wax dripped slightly above my left eyeball and Ms. Barb made the comment that the wax went to an area that she did not intend for it to go. She then wiped the area with a cloth and proceeded to finish the service. When completed she mentioned that I was irritated in the area on my left eye where the wax spilled and advised that I put milk on it and that it would be fine by the morning. The service was then paid for in cash with a $4 tip for a total payment of $20. The following morning I discovered two small burns and minor bruising on my left eye. December 15, 2015 I returned to Eyebrowz @ Eastland with my friend to show them the burns on my left eye. Ms. Barb was off that day and I spoke with Katorra Williams who explained to us that it was normal to have that type of reaction to the service. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that Ms. Barb was the manager. She then went on to say that the skin lifting was common in older women. My skin is not sagging, wrinkling, etc. I have several pictures of the affected area. Katorra said that she is a professional and that it was not a burn because burns blister. I then said that it is a burn and she again repeated that it was not, that it was skin lifting and that was her professional opinion. She did not offer a refund but took down my name and telephone number and wrote the hours/days that Ms. Barb worked that week and said that she would pass along my message. read more

First of all $15 is high for an eyebrow wax but sometimes i didn't want to go through the painful threading due to me having naturally thick brows. I have been a couple of times & Katora did an excellent job so this doesn't apply to her ... but I went last week & Whitney first of all cut my brows completely in half & made them thin. The shape was nice but I asked for a clean-up. Then to top it off, she burned me with the wax. I had a nasty burn under my left brow. I called that place for 3 days until I finally got the voicemail & left a message. I sure did ask for a refund because that was bs. Didn't really care whether I got it, I just wanted to see if that unprofessional manager Barb would be concerned about her customers. Still haven't heard back. I wish I could give zero stars. I got individual lash extensions and they lasted all about 2 days instead of 2 weeks. I have had lashes numerous times and I know how to care for them but these were poorly done. I don't know I went back to place because I went years ago and I remember their wax made my face break out. I guess I figured lashes would be different. Plus when I returned to for a touch up only one person was working and the place was full and I left bc the same situation happen when I got them done (only one person). read more

I had been going to this place for years to get my eyebrows waxed and always went to a specific employee because I really liked how she did my eyebrows and I always tipped her well for her service. Well recently she has let her ego get to her and started making her own rules. I was supposed to be next and in comes a lady with her large family. The employee told them they would be next after me and the woman must have made a face or something because next thing I know she is sitting in the chair for service and I was told I would be after them!!! Welp just like that this place loss a loyal customer. I heard that they have been losing business to the threading place also in the mall. I have been going to Eyebrowz since they opened and was almost always happy with their service other than the long waits and under-staffing. A few times I had the displeasure of having a NEW person mess up my browz, but trying to stick with the same person fixed that problem. Then in March 12', I was preparing for a concert and then vacation the following week, I went to Eyebrowz to get individual lashes, knowing that they last a lot longer than strips. I was helped by a lady known by many to be the go to lady if you want your lashes done right. Very happy with my lashes, i asked what to do if I lost lashes before i left on vacation. The lady told me not to worry she would personally repair my lashes at $1 per lash and i told her it was very important that it was she who did this since her technic and work was different from the other ladies. She assured me and gave me her schedule. Sure enough I lost several lashes and some were painfully hanging off but holding on to my lashes. I called as instructed and never got called back, so i went in during the time i was told. The lady was not there but told it would be no problem to repair my lashes, with me leaving the next day for vacation, i had no choice. when i was handed the mirror i was relieved to see that my lashes seemed to be normal again, i noticed that there was more glue than before but figured there was nothing to be done about that. after being on vacation a couple of days my eyes were growing more painful by the moment, the glue was so clumped parts would be in my eyes all the time. I have been wearing lashes for years so i know, no swimming, no oily products around eyes, no touching or rubbing, i even have a special pillow for not messing up my lashes. A whole section (the repaired section) lifted and was ripping at my lashes with every blink, i had to soak off the false lashes which took forever since my hair dresser friend who helped me said they used HAIR GLUE !!! I just came to y'all Monday paid 37 dollars for some lashes that didn't last 5 mins soon as I walked out eyebrowz one came off and the mall end up closing so I couldn't go back then I come back the next day and the lady wasn't even there you guys service is terrible and she had the nerve not to clean all the glue off of my eye lids I hope they shut y'all down !!!! read more

I gave 3 due to pricing as well $16 is a little high just to wax brows, most places only charge $10 they're really good but I have my favorite, her name is Chiffon and another woman as well not sure of her name but she's the only fair skinned woman working there. read more
