In long After having a stroke last year, my lovely bride loses her voice occasionally. We came in for an eval and followed the signs to accessible parking. No elevator. Dr Litvack is on the third floor. Up the ramps we push, and over the catwalks and through the maze. Okay. We're not TOO late, and they honor the appointment. After a few minutes, the friendliest person in Snohomish County calls us back. Kayleigh must be high in the running for friendliest statewide, too. She goes through all the check-in stuff and she and my wife are chatting like old friends. Dr Litvack comes in, warm and attentive. Great listener, thoughtful in her explanations. She finishes the eval, changes an rx, makes a referral to speech therapy. Everything feels very expert and assuring. We have a follow-up, and I'm not looking forward to that ramp, but it's great to have her on the care team.

Needless to say we aren't tree huggers....it would probably kill us. Shots are quick, appointments are easy. If you're in need of an allergist...check them out. Becky Epperson (ARNP) and Krista are an awesome team, super easy going and compassionate. Waiting room is clean, cozy, and full of magazines, water, and mints.

She is highly capable, a terrific listener, and brings a thoughtful, professional approach to every step of the process. I came in skeptical about whether I even needed hearing aids, which must have made providing an unbiased assessment challenging. Holly never pushed, never rushed, and never treated the decision as transactional. Her style is low-pressure, supportive, and centered on helping you arrive at a conclusion you feel confident about. She explained my hearing results clearly, answered every question, and showed what felt like unlimited patience as we evaluated options. She provided two different demo sets of hearing aids--and made it clear she was willing to continue with whatever testing or comparisons I needed. After I chose my devices, Holly continued to offer guidance while I adapted to them. She encourages follow-up questions, checks in on progress, and genuinely wants her patients to succeed. I wholeheartedly recommend Anacortes Hearing Center and Holly Kennedy. Outstanding care, genuine listening, and a level of support that's increasingly rare.

I am a frequent concert-goer and wanted to purchase a pair of custom concert earplugs to protect my…read morehearing. After searching online for audiologists, I decided to give PAC Audiology a try after reading numerous positive reviews. Dr. Anna and Dr. Marcy were both incredibly helpful in making sure my earplugs were a perfect fit. When my earplugs first came back, my right earplug didn't feel entirely comfortable. I came back twice for complementary adjustments, and eventually Dr. Anna ordered me a new right earplug made with slightly different specs. I really appreciate all the time and effort she and Dr. Marcy took to make sure I was happy with the earplugs. Scheduling with the front desk was easy, and they were usually able to fit me in within the same week. If I have hearing care needs in the future, PAC Audiology will definitely be the first place I visit!

We are very grateful to Anna Mamiya and the team at PAC for helping our daughter! Her condition made everyday life for her very stressful and painful. It impacted pretty much every aspect of her life and determined what we could do as a family. We are now able to eat dinner as a family again and go out in public to loud spaces - like the mall, Costco, etc. School has become much easier. The treatment does not cure misophonia, but it does teach her brain that the trigger sounds are not something that it needs to react strongly to and get away from. Yes, chewing sounds will always be annoying, but there is no strong emotional response anymore. I highly recommend anyone dealing with misophonia or hyperacusis to have a consultation with Anna Mamiya. She explains the science behind the treatment and what can be achieved. It all lined up with what I had already learned about the conditions so it made sense to have my daughter get the treatment. I am so glad we did! Life is so much easier now for her and us!

They were very knowledgeable and through this specific third party insurance he was eligible for new hearing aids (the last place said every 5 yrs when it was actually every 3 yrs). My dad is very happy with this new clinic. Not only did they get him some new top-of-the-line hearing aids that are 100% better than his last set, but they educated him extensively on the care and maintenance of the new hearing aids. Very friendly, customer service is top shelf and my elderly dad has never been more happy about his hearing aids. They also have such a cute clinic dog that is very friendly and loves to play with her balloon while you wait. Love love love this place and how well they attend to my dad and his hearing needs and any questions he has.

After services rendered, I found this to be a gross misstatement. They declined my request to submit a claim on my behalf even though they were paid in full at the time of service. They flat-out stated that insurance providers don't cover services for audiology testing and that they wouldn't submit a claim for that reason. In fact my provider does, but they were lazy and wouldn't bother to check. I said I would submit the claim myself, but efforts to obtain the necessary medical codes and support documentation were met with resistance and rudeness by the front desk clerk. My impression was that this business is inexperienced with providing insurance claims for their customers and did not have the general knowledge of current claim practices or protocols. Nor did they appear to even care. They provide an extreme disservice to all their customers, especially Seniors who are generally unable to navigate the complex claim process on their own.
