In short After one visit we already appreciate the quality…read moreof care. We love the doctor and the staff. If you use a wheelchair, this rickety old building kinda blows. In long After having a stroke last year, my lovely bride loses her voice occasionally. We came in for an eval and followed the signs to accessible parking. No elevator. Dr Litvack is on the third floor. Up the ramps we push, and over the catwalks and through the maze. Okay. We're not TOO late, and they honor the appointment. After a few minutes, the friendliest person in Snohomish County calls us back. Kayleigh must be high in the running for friendliest statewide, too. She goes through all the check-in stuff and she and my wife are chatting like old friends. Dr Litvack comes in, warm and attentive. Great listener, thoughtful in her explanations. She finishes the eval, changes an rx, makes a referral to speech therapy. Everything feels very expert and assuring. We have a follow-up, and I'm not looking forward to that ramp, but it's great to have her on the care team.

Needless to say we aren't tree huggers....it would probably kill us. Shots are quick, appointments are easy. If you're in need of an allergist...check them out. Becky Epperson (ARNP) and Krista are an awesome team, super easy going and compassionate. Waiting room is clean, cozy, and full of magazines, water, and mints.

Now, all terms changed except the warranty. While still covered by the warranty, any visit to the office will be charged as an office visit, even if to address produce issues covered by warranty. $5,000 for hearing aids and now I'll be nickeled and dimed any time there is an issue? No thanks. I'll just buy OTC and manage on my own, thank you.

This review is long overdue. I have been looking for a reliable honest caring thorough audiologist…read morefor nearly a decade. My mom started her care in upstate NY from a stellar committed audiologist so the bar was high when finding her replacement. We spent a few years shifting from one to another office of pushy salespersons, cookie cutter service and shameless money grabbers. Then we found Suzanne Jackson at the Hearing and Balance Lab. She is patient, knowledgeable, thorough and personable. They have since undergone a few name changes and company ownerships ( most recently HearUSA, but the staff remains the same wonderful helpful conscientious staff. The insurance was always handled for us efficiently, honestly and professionally ( this is apparently , in my experience,, an epidemic problem in this field ) This year, with new ownership, I learned that they no longer take our insurance and we are needing to find a new reliable audiologist. This has been a true hardship. The struggle is real folks. Since leaving this office, We are back in the throws of money grabbing insurance frauds with relatively little concern for personal health service. Luckily, we appreciated and knew what we had while here with Suzanne. If you are here, count your blessings, and stay put. Hearing aid sales is off the charts sleazy business in the wrong hands. These folks are trustworthy and great at what they do.

We are very grateful to Anna Mamiya and the team at PAC for helping our daughter! Her condition made everyday life for her very stressful and painful. It impacted pretty much every aspect of her life and determined what we could do as a family. We are now able to eat dinner as a family again and go out in public to loud spaces - like the mall, Costco, etc. School has become much easier. The treatment does not cure misophonia, but it does teach her brain that the trigger sounds are not something that it needs to react strongly to and get away from. Yes, chewing sounds will always be annoying, but there is no strong emotional response anymore. I highly recommend anyone dealing with misophonia or hyperacusis to have a consultation with Anna Mamiya. She explains the science behind the treatment and what can be achieved. It all lined up with what I had already learned about the conditions so it made sense to have my daughter get the treatment. I am so glad we did! Life is so much easier now for her and us!

She was incredibly thorough and took time to explain to me what she was doing and what my results meant. I didn't feel rushed and felt like my options were clearly explained. The craziest thing is that when I went to pick up my new hearing aids, she forgot to give me the cable for the charger. I didn't realize this until she showed up at my house that evening to drop it off. That's someone who takes their responsibilities seriously and cares about their patients. Follow ups have been super helpful in adjusting the aids to my needs. Highly recommended.
