Nothing, but positive experience so far…read more Clerk stuff was polite and efficient, I arrived early and was handled quickly for the registration and check in, as well as quickly assessed by the nurse Colin, who was very polite and to the point. As they had an opening, I was almost immediately accepted into the private room. Facilities are clean, welcoming and efficient, albeit a bit small, but that is probably a plus. Quieting and comfortable. Dr Julie Duncan is very good, very professional and thorough. Open minded as well, to inquire and discuss anything. Very pleased. I would also mention the electronic system they used (MyChart) is quire convenient. Worked wonderful so far, and Dr Duncan is exceedingly efficient posting notes for me to check up the same day. Had one inspection visit before they saw I needed repair; nasal endoscopy.

We were there for quite some time, however, the staff were understanding, helpful and timely in their care. The doc on staff was pretty straight forward in her approach for the vertigo. Overall glad we visited and happy with the visit.

Once my doctor retired they wanted to send me to three or four doctors to get the same meds I have been taking since 2007. To make it worse, I tried to get an appointment with an Overlake general practitioner for four months and have been waiting. Not to mention the other doctors they want to book me with for existing and long term meds with no intervening issues. I am convinced that this clinic is operated in a rigid and very non-holistic way, asking you to see a different doctor on different days IF you can get an appointment without waiting months, in order to bill as much different services as possible. I have literally been out of prescribed medication for two months and they refuse to refill even though I have been available to see the new doctor the entire time. The bureaucracy here is like nothing I have dealt with and l've used some of the best practitioners in the country, including in Los Angeles where everything was managed in a seamless holistic way with one provider who was there to deal with the ongoing and normal needs of the patient unless a bee issue arise and you need referral. Overlake is a big business with big bills and a big bureaucracy that will try to send you to four doctors for four medications (if you can get an appointment) even though you're medical history has not changed and your condition is perfectly stable. When I advised them I as having bad side effects from abruptly stopping a medication due to doctor retirement the reply was sorry you have to see try new doctor even though I can't get an appointment for months. Imagine seeking an appointment in February and being told we can see you in May. Stay away. Don't forget these are the corporate vultures who were in a scandal during Covid when they provided scarce Covid vaccines to their rich Bellevue donors. That's how they operate.

On my day of surgery I checked in and was able to have my husband waiting with me in the lobby (it would be great if our "person" could also take a Covid test and then go with the person Inside while waiting for surgery) All of the nurses were amazing and friendly. I wish I remembered the name of the nurse that was with me post op because she gets 5 gold stars. She was very friendly and answered all my husbands questions he had. She even helped me get dressed since I didn't have my husband and couldn't bend over well. Thank you!!

Not great. I would go to a different clinic…read more I set up an appointment to set up some in ear hearing protection. I was purchasing two items therefore they did do two sets of molds. First off they hurt my ear. I literally thought they burst my ear drum and it took a few days for that pain to subside. I'm okay now so thankfully I don't think they tore anything. They sent the molds to the wrong location so I had to come in again. Throughout the process they were pretty polite so I didn't mind taking time to get to the office. They hurt my ear again. All this is fine but when it came to payment they didn't send me the bill for a long period of time. I did get a few from my insurance company stating how much they were willing to pay the clinic and later they changed that number. After the insurance number finally posted a few months after the appointment I expected the bill from the clinic. The message came but with fury. They were accusing me of attempting to dodge the bill saying they had sent multiple invoices to my house and to my email. I had not received anything via snail mail, and a quick search in my inbox showed I did not receive any email invoices other than the one sent right before they sent me the text message. I asked them for proof that they've been attempting to contact me but later I did notice on the bill itself it showed the date for when the insurance paid them. It was a few days ahead of the day they contacted me further supporting the fact that they were never going to send me a bill and had not before they got their money from insurance first. Long story short. The experience was below par but what's keeping me away is how they treated me when it was time to pay. For the record I paid immediately and wish to not have any further contact with this clinic.

We have had three sessions here for pediatric speech therapy for our son who has a speech delay. So…read morefar it's been okay. The front desk is super helpful and kind. As for the actual therapy I feel like sometimes they don't really tell us any real steps to help our child. They just play with him and then keep telling us everything takes time. Maybe that's just how speech therapy is I don't know but I was expecting more.
