And she was honest enough to tell me there was nothing more she could offer me, and referred me to explore cochlear implants when I had reached the maximum potential of the hearing aides available. Her office is well managed and organized and I have always been greeted as a friend, rather than a source of income. Now for the DR- what a great individual who really listens to your conditions and pains. Every time I am in Dr Jayson gives me the time and energy to help me from all the overworking and excessive exercising I do to my body. He really listens and puts time in with clients which is rare. You are not just a 10 minute number. In addition to the great care, I feel Dr Jayson is very knowledgeable in sports, exercise and the chiro or Rock tape care an athlete would need. I am an exercise physiologist and not many DR's seem to have the knowledge I do about movement problems (sorry for the horn tooting). So to finally find a sports Dr who knows what I mean by 50 burpees is key to my recoveries and continued care. I have some very unique issues and have not received spot on care like this from other practicing folks. From Chiropractic care, Rock Tape scrapping and cupping, to taping and referrals to great massage practitioners, this facility and more importantly this DR should be a key part of your wellness routine.

I've spent A LOT of time in rehab/ PT unfortunately, so this is not my first rodeo....but my first…read moretime in this location. There was a lot of miscommunication getting me set up (not sure which way blame actually fell....doctor or them) but once I went in they were very nice. This is a big facility and they pack it in. The waiting room is far too small for the amount of people they move thru there... that's for sure. They have a speedy computer check in (if it's not your first time), and several ladies that greet you when you arrive. My first visit I was taken in a private room to talk and assess, and then start treatment and come up with a plan. My PT guy was Bob, very friendly, listened, and worked with me to get an idea of the best plan of attack. I had Bob for a couple visits and then bounced to Dave. Dave was very helpful in stretching my foot and getting movement. Much stronger hands, and really seemed to work the right area. I was seen by another lady, but she seems to have a much lighter touch. My luck is no luck...so at this point I'm having my surgery redone, which means I'm done with PT for the next 3-4 months. But I will be back. Pros: They have your choice of private or open tables to do your PT They have so many employees they can get you in without a lot of wait time They keep good chart notes so when someone else helps you they have info so you are not repeating everything constantly. Tons of contraptions and tools to get you fixed up. Location, and parking are super easy. They take most insurance...including mine...which almost no one takes! Cons: They have so many people you kind of just get cattle prodded in. Not as personal as other places I've been Each person has their own style,so consistency isn't always there. Gets crowded quick! Overall: Convenience, and the fact they take my crappy insurance means I'll be back. I would probably book out much further in advance and request to be with only 1 Physical Therapist.

Which was not my experience at the previous physical therapy establishment that I had tried first-- (having tried a previous place the things I noticed at the other place were uncleanliness, disorganization and lack of knowledge/ and was over-Complicated and they disregarded physiatrist notes) The reason for my physical therapy was my back and hips and Brett went straight to the point on my first day and I was already feeling better with my at home routine and in office within a week. my advice is to try this place first and see Brett if you can! He also specializes in acupuncture, so that was a bonus treatment contributing to my overall healing!

Dr. King was/is probably one of the best doctors I've interacted with for any surgery. I got LASIK…read moredone on my eyes, which were around -4.5 to -6 in prescription. Yikes! We interacted first via zoom call for virtual consult and later I went in for an in-person free consult. He performed thorough testing and was able to schedule me for the same week, which was perfect for my schedule. Overall surgery lasted about 10-15mins but I was at the office in Renton for about 2-3 hours for repeat testing on eyes to make sure they were stable. No issues in surgery and post surgery, while waiting for my spouse was offered more numbing drops. Glad the office was looking out for my well being. Followed up next day with another doctor and was out of the office within 10 mins for a 3-week follow-up. Haven't had any issues so far and got great results. What stood out for me was the last thing Dr. King said, which no doctor has ever said, "Thank you for your trust." Any surgery is stressful to think about, but it's great to see a doctor that values the patient and is meticulous about his work.

The numbing cream Samantha used on my face worked quite well (in another office, I had the lucky experience where the numbing cream was quite weak). They provided me with nitrous oxide for pain relief, which was a new (and, shall we say, entertaining) experience for me. =D I recommend it if you find laser to be painful. The treatment room offers calming music, a robe and a very comfortable chair. Dr. Bowers explained each step to me before beginning said step. It helped me to feel chill out. He was super gentle and really supportive in helping to make sure the process was as comfortable as possible. The only thing missing was a foot massage and Mai Tai. =) Dr. Bowers provided clear expectations with what I could expect in the coming days, which helped me plan ways to hide my freshly lasered face from all human witnesses. (Seriously, who wants the whole world to know my secrets? I'm only telling you because I know you wouldn't tell a soul!). I purchased the skin care product offered for collagen healing, and that stuff works like magic. My skin now feels smooth and it glows! At the end of the session, Dr Bowers and his team presented me with a generous welcome gift. I've never been treated so well by a medical team! They've really put careful thought into their entire process, and they prioritize clients having an excellent experience.
