The "specialist" was not an audiologist but title as "Hearing Instrument Specialist-Student Intern. She previous to this job was in Auto Sales. Upon written required notice of our request to cancel I was met with rudeness, anger, lying and attempts of coercion. With Hours of phone calling, note taking,submission complaint to the AG office; we ultimately were allowed to return the $9190 worth of aids to that same angry person. We thought there would be integrity and honesty purchasing the aids through Miracle-Ear but received anything but that. So buyer BEWARE to their contract, the qualifications of the personnel and if that office is corporate or a franchise office like you get with a McDonalds hamburger chain!!
