Per state regulation you have a specified return period. There was no charge for the consultation. They were very ethical, knowledgeable and professional while I was considering purchase. I've had to have the wires fixed a couple of times since I bought them and there was no charge for it during the warranty period.

I appreciate his attention to detail and the way I can finally hear as I should. The cost of the devices is also very competitive. The warranty exceeds that of the other providers. I highly recommend him to my family and friends. Joy Lenz

We will review your account to determine if a refund is warranted based on the terms of your agreement and the services already provided. I will contact you once this review is complete to discuss the next steps. Kevin Amdahl. Mr. Amdahl, This was a previous response to me. You said in it I will contact you. I had been waiting for you to contact me and when you did not contact me just like all other times I was told someone would look into this refund and I never heard back from anyone I posted that review on yelp. Yes, I think people should know when a client is ignored and your company does not respond or even contact me when the person I was working with is no longer available to see me. After the rude encounter with another employee taking the scheduled appointment I was told only a cleaning would be done and the was no time to do a service adjustment. She did not make any arraignment for me to see someone else. No call, text or email advised me about getting my hearing aids serviced. When I stopped in the front office said they would check-in about a refund even if it would be partial based on my last appointment. I never heard back from the St. Cloud office. I don't like leaving negative reviews but based on the way I've been treated as a client and then ignored I felt it necessary to get a response. Also to bring to your attention that something in the way of customer service was missing at the St. Cloud office. The way the service contract was presented to me it was like one appointment would cost as much as the contract and when I only got a cleaning it upset me that was an expensive cleaning. Thanking you for your further review of this. Peter Knutson

I did get a bit frustrated sometimes when people mumble, especially girls..Why don't they speak loud and clear like me and why can't my family leave the TV at a reasonable volume? I reluctantly agreed to a hearing test at the urging of my daughter. I am bald so hearing aids are out of the question..Right? As a health care professional I was aware of the fact that Hearing aids improve mental focus and slow dementia and I'll admit things weren't coming as quickly and easily as when I was younger. Hearing aids have opened up a whole new world adding richness to my life. People no longer avoid talking with me and started treating me with more respect like I was suddenly more intelligent! Best of all I am now enjoying hearing my beautiful wife, children and grand daughter as never before. I m still surprised when I talk to people about them and they are shocked when I take them out to show them saying "I can't believe it.. I never saw them" For Pete's sake I'm bald and don't like hats. I wasted time and money trying discount in ear amplifiers but finally realized this is very similar to Dentistry..Its a service not a product. There's a huge difference in the end result depending on the provider. Fortunately I eventually found Amdahl Hearing Center. Thank you for your excellence in service and kind understanding. Can the audiologist fix it or does it need to be sent in. The nurse left it with the audiologist and when finished I was informed that the hearing aids had been cleaned and a new stem added (which fell off that same day) and I found out the next day they had charged medicaid for the appointment with the audiologist which we did not have an appointment with the audiologist. They then wanted to know if I would be cancelling the appointment I had made to see the audiologist. Needless to say, they only care about the money and not retaining repeat customers or customer care. My advice is do not purchase hearing aids at Amdahl. I did try to talk to them, and was told we charge Medicaid for every service - even though I did not ask them to clean the hearing aids and if they had told the nurse that I should send the hearing aid out to be serviced, there would be no charge - that is what I would have don and have to do now anyway because they are under warranty and the stem fell off the same day she "fixed it"! I also had to take my sister to a different place because the above audiologist did not agree with me that my sister could not hear me. The place we took her too agreed that she was not hearing anything. She turned them up for me AND charged us nothing. That is Customer Service that Amadahl can learn from!
