When mom drove all the way for her appointment, the hearing aids had actually not arrived at the store. For the third appointment, my mom got lost and was a few minutes late. After making her drive there for two previous appointments that wasted her time due to their incompetence, they actually refused to help her and insulted her and made another appointment for a week later.
