Amanda, the technician who did my original screening and fitting was so thorough and helpful and teaching what was going on and what changes would occur in the future. I felt excited to address the issue early rather than wait. I felt no pressure whatsoever from Amanda. When I had a few minor issues with getting things adjusted at first, I realized I chose the right people to work with. They didn't just say hear you go and then vaporize. They worked hard with a product they believe in. I generally like to work with professionals that I have been personally referred to. Amanda made me feel like I discovered a secret on my own. I was ushered into an office with a Sharkey professional and shown some really good hearing aids. However, the price is very high. Subsequently, I complained about the price and was told that they would research less expensive units and they would notify me when they had news. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from them. I am looking for care elsewhere.

I did appreciate they had a hearing test area and I was able to get a test during my appointment and didn't have to go somewhere else it come back. Ann helped me with this and was very kind and helpful. They do have a couple of other locations as well Coon Rapids and St Louis Park. I asked her…read moreif the clinic could scan my cards and do the check in process and not only did she say no, she couldn't have left it at that, she scoffed at my question and said 'I've never in my life been to a clinic where the front desk scanned your cards and filled in your medical history.' I tried pointing out that the medical staff has always done that for most of my life and she STILL argued with me. What a horrible customer service employee! She is in the WRONG JOB! SO, Maple Grove ENT is paying 2 employees to stand behind the desk and giggle and gossip with each other while their paying clients have to process their own check in and medical history and not only won't do it for you when asked, they yell at you and tell you how wrong you are to have even asked.
