I had been waiting for you to contact me and when you did not contact me just like all other times I was told someone would look into this refund and I never heard back from anyone I posted that review on yelp. Yes, I think people should know when a client is ignored and your company does not respond or even contact me when the person I was working with is no longer available to see me. After the rude encounter with another employee taking the scheduled appointment I was told only a cleaning would be done and the was no time to do a service adjustment. She did not make any arraignment for me to see someone else. No call, text or email advised me about getting my hearing aids serviced. When I stopped in the front office said they would check-in about a refund even if it would be partial based on my last appointment. I never heard back from the St. Cloud office. I don't like leaving negative reviews but based on the way I've been treated as a client and then ignored I felt it necessary to get a response. Also to bring to your attention that something in the way of customer service was missing at the St. Cloud office. The way the service contract was presented to me it was like one appointment would cost as much as the contract and when I only got a cleaning it upset me that was an expensive cleaning. I reluctantly agreed to a hearing test at the urging of my daughter. I am bald so hearing aids are out of the question..Right? As a health care professional I was aware of the fact that Hearing aids improve mental focus and slow dementia and I'll admit things weren't coming as quickly and easily as when I was younger. Hearing aids have opened up a whole new world adding richness to my life. People no longer avoid talking with me and started treating me with more respect like I was suddenly more intelligent! Best of all I am now enjoying hearing my beautiful wife, children and grand daughter as never before. I m still surprised when I talk to people about them and they are shocked when I take them out to show them saying "I can't believe it.. I never saw them" For Pete's sake I'm bald and don't like hats. I wasted time and money trying discount in ear amplifiers but finally realized this is very similar to Dentistry..Its a service not a product. Lindsay was very caring and willing to listen to my story of my right ear. We came up with a plan which was reasonable and went from there. I did appreciate they had a hearing test area and I was able to get a test during my appointment and didn't have to go somewhere else it come back. Ann helped me with this and was very kind and helpful. They do have a couple of other locations as well Coon Rapids and St Louis Park. I was able to get into the Maple Grove location in a timely matter. I would highly recommend this clinic to try to get to the bottom of issues they really seem to know what's going on. Thank you

I tried pointing out that the medical staff has always done that for most of my life and she STILL argued with me. What a horrible customer service employee! She is in the WRONG JOB! SO, Maple Grove ENT is paying 2 employees to stand behind the desk and giggle and gossip with each other while their paying clients have to process their own check in and medical history and not only won't do it for you when asked, they yell at you and tell you how wrong you are to have even asked.

After making her drive there for two previous appointments that wasted her time due to their incompetence, they actually refused to help her and insulted her and made another appointment for a week later. When I had a few minor issues with getting things adjusted at first, I realized I chose the right people to work with. They didn't just say hear you go and then vaporize. They worked hard with a product they believe in. I generally like to work with professionals that I have been personally referred to. Amanda made me feel like I discovered a secret on my own. The doctor spent about 15 seconds listening to me, rattled off a bunch of conditions asking if I had them (which idk that's why I was there....?) and then sent me on my way. He laughed in my face when I asked if it could be something in my home environment making me sick. And then he told me I wasn't really sick. When I read the after visit summary, I was shocked to read the assessment was that I have anxiety and depression and need to be referred to psych. That was never even discussed in my 4 minute visit and I was disgusted to see my physical pain and life disruption to be dismissed as "all in her head!". Save yourself the visit bill and find a clinic who actually cares to listen to patients.
