I did get a bit frustrated sometimes when people mumble, especially girls..Why don't they speak loud and clear like me and why can't my family leave the TV at a reasonable volume? I reluctantly agreed to a hearing test at the urging of my daughter. I am bald so hearing aids are out of the question..Right? As a health care professional I was aware of the fact that Hearing aids improve mental focus and slow dementia and I'll admit things weren't coming as quickly and easily as when I was younger. Hearing aids have opened up a whole new world adding richness to my life. People no longer avoid talking with me and started treating me with more respect like I was suddenly more intelligent! Best of all I am now enjoying hearing my beautiful wife, children and grand daughter as never before. I m still surprised when I talk to people about them and they are shocked when I take them out to show them saying "I can't believe it.. I never saw them" For Pete's sake I'm bald and don't like hats. I wasted time and money trying discount in ear amplifiers but finally realized this is very similar to Dentistry..Its a service not a product. There's a huge difference in the end result depending on the provider. Fortunately I eventually found Amdahl Hearing Center. Thank you for your excellence in service and kind understanding. I had been waiting for you to contact me and when you did not contact me just like all other times I was told someone would look into this refund and I never heard back from anyone I posted that review on yelp. Yes, I think people should know when a client is ignored and your company does not respond or even contact me when the person I was working with is no longer available to see me. After the rude encounter with another employee taking the scheduled appointment I was told only a cleaning would be done and the was no time to do a service adjustment. She did not make any arraignment for me to see someone else. No call, text or email advised me about getting my hearing aids serviced. When I stopped in the front office said they would check-in about a refund even if it would be partial based on my last appointment. I never heard back from the St. Cloud office. I don't like leaving negative reviews but based on the way I've been treated as a client and then ignored I felt it necessary to get a response. Also to bring to your attention that something in the way of customer service was missing at the St. Cloud office. The way the service contract was presented to me it was like one appointment would cost as much as the contract and when I only got a cleaning it upset me that was an expensive cleaning.     sadly we made an appointment and told the receptionist that my step mom had medical assistance…read more then a week later the day of her appointment we get a call canceling her appointment because they don't accept Medicaid patients. my step mom had made a medical ride appointment from Delano with a 3 day advance now she has to cancel the day of. very poor customer service. if that is their policy the front desk should know it and let the potential client know immediately. I would give them no stars if I could. notice should have been given last week not day of. so disappointing!

    I took my father to see Sean Foley at the Hearing center two weeks ago. My dad, for the last few…read moreyears has been struggling to hear. He has been laughing less and he has a great laugh. So grateful that we had Sean to walk us through the process. You know when you run into someone who is caring, passionate and committed and they are just impressive. That's Sean, I learned more in hour about hearing then in my life time. long story short my dad got his hearing aids today. After Sean toned them to my dads exact needs, my dad could hear, his eyes were filled with excitement. We are so grateful for Sean's care of discussing this issue with my father. For explaining and demonstrating how to use and care for my fathers little miracles. I took my dad and mom to the coffee shop next door and he really started to smile and laugh and give me a hard time. Thanks Sean!
