My hearing aids and I get my hair straightened but then I'd have to have another test. She wanted to charge me $40 to program my hearing aids to my phone. A couple weeks later one of my hearing aids went bad and they charge me $40 to bring it in, $325 to get it repaired, and then another $65 to pick it up. All they really want is your money.

Made appt in June, process explained, hearing tested both ears in sound booth by Tessa in depth to determine what my loss was, how much was lost, determining % in both ears. Hearing loss correlated to dementia. Did you know? The cost with insurance $2000 and I bought top of the line: both ears so that I would truly hear again! There are lesser price options. Fitting was about 1 hour and all my options explained as to how to use the Sound Hearing app on my phone to control volume and balance of both my ears. They fit behind my ear with transparent cable and tip for each ear You can get free programming of up to 6 environmental possibilities like live music, reverberant rooms, sports, strolling, TV, Universal and more. I made a two week followup appt to tweak my programs yo better hear female voices snd T V. I recommend at two weeks to ensure you get your best found early. They come with ear tips, cleaning tool, charger and USB, instructions etc. You can email questions at any time or call but they do get booked ahead I have 1 year free service and 3 years warranty. I set up my first year of appointments right away so as not miss free maintenance, cleaning, etc. Tessa my doctor snd Kathy the admin do an outstanding job or providing a warm and caring environment. I felt I had the best and my quality of life renewed in controlling all aspects of my hearing forever. The downside? People who knew you when you could not hear keep saying" did you hear that?" I highly recommend them Located behind Menards on Nicolette Restrooms in corridor; set parking stalls for Sound Hearing; enter on the east side doors; beautiful shared foyer with fountain and greenery. Rental car service is also here If you have long hair it will require you buy outside of this business hearing aid holstered and ear cuffs to secure to your ears. I almost lost mine due to hair caught in my sunglasses. Don't look back. See if your insurance covers and change get your life today. Once you hear your world opens up!

I have been wearing state of the art expensive hearing aids for like 17-18  years. Genetic hearing…read moreissue plus working at my parents very loud factory after school, weekends and during the summer at a very young age without any hearing protection and later standing in front of a Marshall stack with an electric guitar for hours. Oh, and lets not forget along with that sitting on a 70 horse diesel John Deere with no cab during my farming years. If all that doesn't trash your hearing I don't know what will. So my beloved $7,500 Oticon Agil Pro's finally just weren't cutting it anymore even after many adjustment. Given the rules changed and finally could buy prescription grade aids over the counter I started looking for replacements. In the past i have had several pairs of Jabra wired and Bluetooth headsets before I destroy them by slaming them in a car door or leting them fall into a camp fire. Here come the new Jabta Enhance 700 aids. After much research these are the ones. Normally $1995  for the pair with a sale price and added discount by calling in to ask questions before purchasing I paid $1650. I know there are cheaper over the counter options but with the severity of my hearing loss the added cost was worth it. Also,  a main purchasing point is these are basically the same as aids from ReSound for 6k+. And  may be exactly the same repurposed for the over the over the counter market. Low energy Bluetooth streaming music and direct phone calls right to your brain and added adjustments on the fly directly from your cell phone. So far these have been great. My brain is still adjusting to actually hearing sounds again. I hear when squirrels are chomping on sunflower seeds on my deck, and racoons and other critters scampering around on my deck as well as other sounds. But most important, the most important thing is I can hear my partner from other rooms when she talks and I don't have to say, "What?" all the time. Extremely annoying for her to constantly repeat stuff and now way much better. I guess I get to stick around longer. Here to live another day. As your hearing changes just call support and they can program the aids via the mobile app in minutes. Shortly after delivery an orientation Zoom call is scheduled to insure you know all the componets and how to clean and care for your almost new best friend. The noise filters via the app as well as the programs for overall, restaurants, music, and outdoors work well. It takes a little bit initially to figure out what works in each situation but after a little trial and error it all comes together. There is a 100 day money back guarantee if these aren't for you which at this point I am quite sure I will not be using. A final note. Hearing loss impacts those around you as much, if not more for those around you. Don't be selfish. Get it taken care of. There are many inexpensive options out there. Some as low as $99. Make sure the aids you choose are not basic amplifiers of all frequencies but programed to your specific hearing loss.

That was the end of those. Constant emailing cs back and forth asking for adjustments which they sent, the only problem is that they'd hold the new setting about 2 days then they started acting up again. 16 months they said they would replace and they did but with refurbished junk that's worse than my originals. Buy from audiologist like I did with first pair which were Phonak and you won't be sorry like I am with Jabra

My family has…read morereceived nothing but phenomenal, compassionate, and deeply excellent medical care here - we've had wonderful experiences with Dr. Macdonald, Dr. Golden, and Dr. Nelson - and have switched several friends and family to receive care here. I really feel like the staff (everyone from reception to nurses to the docs) cares deeply for you as a patient and finding the best outcome that you feel comfortable with (not the kind of experience you'd have at a Fairview or a HealthPartners). They are super accessible and have urgent appointments if you need, there is always a doctor on call 24/7, and we've never had an issue getting in. This clinic is how primary care should be!!!

I had been with this clinic for 18 and it was a functiona, small, STABLE, clinic. They are awful…read morenow. They no longer have a billing person in house. They use some sketchy person from somewhere in her basement now. She never returns calls either. They use to have 5 very experienced doctors for the first 15 years I was there. Then Dr Nelson went part time to golf and play footsie with Fairview corporate. ALL the rest of the stable doctors all quit or retired. I was forced to change doctors 3 times the last 2 1/2 years. The facility now has 2 PAs, which isn't a huge thing but you now have 1.5 doctors running 2 PAs. And both PA quit after several months. And the one full time doctor slot changes every 18 months. So you have 1/2 a physician with more than 10 years experience. The nurses rock though and total angels. After 18 years it made it hard for me to switch clinics but I CANNOT bear their incompetence any longer. Avoid this clic and just find another Fairview Clinic because RMG is a Fairview offshoot anyway. AVOID at all costs.
