Went to SoundPoint to get my hearing aid, which had quit functioning, repaired. They wanted to send in both hearing aids even tho just one wasn't working with a charge for each. Upon its return, was told needed an appt to "pair" the returned hearing aid. Went to office, receptionist gave me the non-charged returned hearing aid and told me to finish charging it at home and follow the instructions "on the website." Still not working. Called for an appt. Message left on my voicemail this office does not have equipment to do this pairing. Called for itemized statement for work paid for but not completed. got another voicemail from "home office" that this office does in fact have equipment and make another appointment. $300+ and still not working NO WAY!!
