That's Sean, I learned more in hour about hearing then in my life time. long story short my dad got his hearing aids today. Your employee informed me she had been too busy to return my call. She said she had to leave before 4:00 because she had to get to the P.O. Since it was only 1:30 pm I said I would come in. She stated she had other customers and perhaps I should go to the Littleton office and should probably have made an appointment. I told her Littleton was farther away. She then suggested I mail my hearing aids in to get the batteries replaced. I went to store. There were no other customers and it took all of 10 minutes to replace the batteries. It was very obvious she did not want to be bothered. I don't appreciate this kind of customer service. If I had a choice I would not return to Zounds for service.
