Unfortunately, I found out I do have a hearing loss. Sarah was very kind and did a great job of explaining my options. Sarah helped me find a hearing aide that worked for me. It has taken a few months of trial and error, but think I have now found something that will work for me. I am glad I went to Sarah to help improve my hearing and quality of life!

I would give them no stars if I could. notice should have been given last week not day of. so disappointing!

They wanted to send in both hearing aids even tho just one wasn't working with a charge for each. Upon its return, was told needed an appt to "pair" the returned hearing aid. Went to office, receptionist gave me the non-charged returned hearing aid and told me to finish charging it at home and follow the instructions "on the website." Still not working. Called for an appt. Message left on my voicemail this office does not have equipment to do this pairing. Called for itemized statement for work paid for but not completed. got another voicemail from "home office" that this office does in fact have equipment and make another appointment. $300+ and still not working NO WAY!! BEWARE!

I was told my insurance would not cover this and then hit with a $100 bill for a 10 minute zoom call. I made a good faith effort to make the payment anyway and send my payment information to their billing office. A month later I received another bill and was told my "payment information was not correct" (Even though BetterHelp has been using the same payment information for months no problem. Shannon at the business office was a flake when it came to communication. I told her I was going to the Better business bureau which I did but they refused to responds to their two attempts to contact me. I continue to receive bills from them and am now putting return to sender on the envelope. I found out the sleep issues were a symptom of Perimenopause which I found supplements that greatly improved my sleep. This business seems to care more about money than their patients.

Ridgeviews billing department did not submit the claim to the insurance company just used hostile tactics to collect money that was not owed to them. THEN when billing did their job the insurance company accepted and paid the claim, Ridgeview refunded my money to my fsa account. I am not out that money to pay my other medical bills. With that said, operationally they are on top of it and do a great job of communicating and filtering questions appropriately. What I especially appreciate about Twin Cities IV is their ability to accommodate to their clients. I was connected with Nurse Stephanie, and she was able to schedule my mom's IV treatment for the same day as sign up AND they travel to their clients homes, so she was able to come to my mom's home and administer the IV treatment - which was fantastic. Several other companies I checked in with were booked out about a week and prices were much higher. I liked the fact that my mom could get treatment in her home on her schedule with the same nurse each time. Nurse Stephanie provided my mom with her contact information and was great at communicating. She did her best at getting us in for treatments on short notice and was very accommodating to my mom when providing treatment. From quality, to price, ease of access and communication I rate Twin Cities IV a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone looking for added health and wellness benefits via IV all from the comfort of their home!

Impressive! My nurse, Tressa, was incredible. She let me know she was going to be a little late because of another appointment, and proactively offered a free Add In as compensation. When she arrived, she was fast and so sweet and helpful. She explained what was in the bag, and added another anti-nausea med. She was also great about explaining how long things might take to kick in. Pricing was great, especially when compared to other options or an ER wait. I took a nap after the appointment and felt so much better when I woke up. 5 star experience, easily!

While I acknowledge that we arrived exactly at the scheduled appointment time rather than 15 minutes early, we had completed all required paperwork in advance, making the check-in process quick. We waited approximately 15-20 minutes past our appointment time without any updates regarding the doctor's schedule or potential delays. It wasn't until my husband and I were discussing the wait that the receptionist mentioned the nurse would be with us shortly. The nurse who came out did not greet the children or engage with us warmly--she was monotone and lacked expression throughout the rooming process. After rooming, we experienced an additional 10-15 minute wait before the doctor arrived. The doctor was fine. He inquired whether an audiology test had already been conducted--which it had not. This was surprising, as we were told during scheduling that the hearing test would take place at the start before the doctors visit. Given the amount of time we spent waiting, it would have been helpful if that portion had been completed earlier. There was another brief wait before the hearing test began. During that time, a group of individuals, accompanied by a staff member, accidentally opened our exam room door and quickly left without explanation. The hearing test itself and the doctor's review of the results were handled well.
