What I especially appreciate about Twin Cities IV is their ability to accommodate to their clients. I was connected with Nurse Stephanie, and she was able to schedule my mom's IV treatment for the same day as sign up AND they travel to their clients homes, so she was able to come to my mom's home and administer the IV treatment - which was fantastic. Several other companies I checked in with were booked out about a week and prices were much higher. I liked the fact that my mom could get treatment in her home on her schedule with the same nurse each time. Nurse Stephanie provided my mom with her contact information and was great at communicating. Impressive! My nurse, Tressa, was incredible. She let me know she was going to be a little late because of another appointment, and proactively offered a free Add In as compensation. When she arrived, she was fast and so sweet and helpful. She explained what was in the bag, and added another anti-nausea med. She was also great about explaining how long things might take to kick in. Pricing was great, especially when compared to other options or an ER wait. I took a nap after the appointment and felt so much better when I woke up. 5 star experience, easily!

On my last visit, Lisa told me the vial I was receiving had "double my usual dose," so she needed to remove some of it. I didn't question it at the time, paid my usual amount, and left assuming everything was handled honestly--big mistake. When I began using the medication, I immediately noticed the difference. Despite using the exact same dosage I always had, the vial only lasted one month instead of the usual three. Unfortunately, I hadn't measured it right away because I trusted Lisa and never expected anything shady. But clearly, she took out more than what she claimed. This kind of behavior is unacceptable--especially when you're dealing with people's health and trust. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this medspa. I got a 2 option IV of B complex and Zinc. The price wasn't too terrible to try out a local IV drip location. I got a promo deal of $99 for the 2 option IV. They do have other options that have a pre-mix of more vitamins but I decided to just try out the 2 option IV. They also have other things like compression, hyperbolic chamber, cryotherapy, sauna, red light therapy, and facials just to name some other services they provide.
