The office staff was rude and unhelpful when questioning if they had ever received my labs, and left me on my own to deliver my labs, wasting multiple days from when they should've been received. During my second round of labs, the lab tech scolded me multiple times for having "complicated" labs on a Friday, making me feel guilty for being there. Apparently you aren't supposed to have illness on Fridays. There was also a dog running around the lab?????? Seems sanitary. Before I even received all of the labs, I received a call from a nurse telling me to see a natural healer. I questioned if I could get a referral to endocrinology based on my significantly abnormal labs. I was told the doctor "probably" consulted them-- but she didn't know for sure. I asked about my abnormal labs and she also didn't know about them. You'd be better off googling your symptoms and ordering your own labs than being seen at this clinic.

But in the last 8 months, I have noticed a drastic change in the way they treat their patients. After doing everything they have asked me to do over the past 2 years previous to this one, all the sudden now I have issues. It makes 0 sense tbh. What I see now is they no longer really communicate with you but rather demand that you have Xrays and come back more often. I just showed my most recent x-rays to a new random dentist that I had never been to from this dental office. Then I went and got a third opinion and both of the new dental offices said the same thing after reviewing the x-rays and taking a look at my teeth. What they see are coffee stains and no cavities whatsoever. I was told to come back for 3 different fillings at this place as I had " 3 small cavities". But 3 years ago when I started here I had a few issues ( 4 fillings ) and they did it all in one visit in like 1.5 hours. When I asked this last time why 3 visits they told me "it would take to long" to which I replied how come? And was told that is just how they do things. To make matters worse they purchased a special toothpaste for me without my consent and tried to charge me $20 + for what looked like sample tube that they give you after every cleaning. My advice is to stay clear of the dental office at this place. They are just trying to bill your insurance and make as much off of you as they can.

Their telephone receptionist remembers me whenever I call, and sometimes that can be months in-between. The doctors have terrific bedside manners, being focused on you when they see you, listening to your issue, and never rushing you. I feel they work with you, going for a holistic approach in asking questions about your lifestyle which helps them understand what may be causing an acute condition. I was diagnosed with a chronic illness 6 years ago and at almost every visit I'm asked how it's going. I have never had doctors as good as these and will continue to go here as long as I can.

I intend to stay at Herself Health but I feel like someone is pulling at my provider's arm trying to get her away from me and on to the next patient for whom she will have another 20 minutes. This is a change from my previous experience at Herself Health. I don't like it and I feel like there's an accountant somewhere in the background telling my provider she needs to get on with it. There doesn't appear to be anything I can do and I am less enthusiastic about the depth of medical services I am given here.
