The technician was very courteous and professional, and even tho I've had MRI's in the past and know what to expect, they still made sure I was not only comfortable, but was informed of everything that was happening as it happened. Their yelp page (specifically for the Otsego location) has not been set up yet, but since I had a procedure at the Blaine location, I included my experience at the Otesego location here, When it came time for a needed spinal injection - they could not fit me in at the closer Otsego within the timeframe I requested, so they sent me to Blaine and got me in the literal next day. Another fantastic experience. Fast and easy check in, exceptional care pre-injection, And detailed explanations of what was happening during the procedure. Once again the Nurse was exceptionally courteous and professional, and alleviated all my fears of having a long sharp needle so close to my spinal cord. And, the Doctor was (aghast!) ON TIME! His skill had the injection done and over with in about 20 minutes, and the only thing I felt was the initial stab of the numbing needle. The dude had light hands ! YAY! I don't like my back being messed with, but if someone HAS to mess with it, I feel comfortable having the doctor and staff here messing with it.

From the phone call to set up the appointment, to picking up the contrast for the test, to the exam itself, the service, professionalism and respect that was shown from all the people with whom I interacted was first-rate. When you're getting an unfamiliar exam, it's nice to have people put you at ease. The facility is easy-to-get-to, super clean (VERY important to me!), and there was a nice private room where you can change and lock up all your personal belongings. The exam itself was easy, and not like what I thought. It wasn't a complete chamber, but it wasn't as loud as what I thought CT scanners would be. Again, this piece of equipment was more like a donut. Mmmm. Donuts. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me with the exam. She was so professional, friendly, and kind. It made the entire process, including the IV, more pleasant for me. I truly appreciate it. And to top it all off, three days later, I received a thank you card in the mail that was signed by two people from Suburban Imaging. You don't see that every day from healthcare facilities!

Before the exam, many text messages were sent helping prep electronically paperwork was offered in advance to speed up the check which I took advantage of. Upon arrival, I was greeted with the kindest receptionist who took time to recommend that I call my insurance to verify that a 3D mammogram would be covered since I wasn't at the 40 year old threshold and there was a funky note on my chart that she had never seen before. Please note, it is recommended to get one at 35 these days so I am still confused why the note said anything. Regardless, it was covered and I moved into the next step. Changing was intimate and there were lockers and gowns to leverage. The x ray tech / imaging employee was easy going which was nice as this is not the most comfortable event to attend. Post imaging, I got to pick out some pink awareness swag and opted for a pen and chapstick. There were other options like a ice pack and water bottle too. Overall, I felt very comfortable in an uncomfortable setting. Thanks for providing quality care, RAYUS WSP!

It's a small clinic in a nice location. I took 52 off Wentworth. I like the first appointment of the day. Let me tell you it's the easiest thing you'll ever do. No awkward positions and I was there 20 minutes. Same day results. Then it occurred to me I could get mammograms here and not all the way to Burnsville. Great staff.

I recently had a spinal…read morecord stimulator implanted, and it has been one nightmare after another trying to get MRI's done through Rayus. They don't bother to tell people what ALL the specific requirements are for the stimulator. Twice now, I've waited weeks for an appointment--because they only have a few MRI machines that are compatible with the stimulator, AND no evening appointments are available, because they require that a tech be present. Then, after going to said appointment --that I waited weeks for-- was told they couldn't do the MRI, because the device wasn't charged to a high enough level!! Which was not conveyed AT ALL when the appointment was made!! The device was charged enough to connect with the battery!!!This is the SECOND time I've been told they couldn't do the imaging, and would have to make another appointment!! AND, when I checked in, the receptionist told me that they needed to scan my License and insurance card, because they didn't have that information for this year. I was JUST at Rayus for another imaging test TWO WEEKS ago!! WTH?!?!?!? Are they honestly telling me that their computer systems don't communicate at all?!??? I have utilized Rayus for all my imaging needs for the past 40 years, even REALLY back when they were CDI, but the past few years, everything about this company has deteriorated a LOT! REALLY irritating, annoying, and extremely FRUSTRATING!!

I paid $175 for the service at the time of my appointment in November 2024. A few weeks later Rayus submitted a claim to my insurance company for $531.12, which was denied but paid by my FSA account. I never provided nor authorized Rayus to contact my insurance - why would I - I paid for the service at the time of the appointment. After many, many frustrating phone calls to Rayus the charge to my FSA account was eventually reversed. I still dont know why Rayus charged an additional $531.12. When I questioned this no one at Rayus could tell me what the charge was for. Then in Feb 2025, I received a check from Rayus for $531.12. I have not cashed the check because I am not due this money. I have made many attempts to contact Rayus customer service to try to resolve this and return their check. Then in May 2025 I received a letter from a collection agency stating I owe $531.12. I called the collection agency on 5/18 and 5/29 and explained this mess and also told them I have an uncashed check from Rayus made payable to me for the amount they are stating I owe. The collection company reps were understanding but said they said they cant resolve the matter because no one from Rayus is following up with them. I don't know how a company like Rayus stays in business. They are not ethical. And their customer service is a joke. Beware!

Which I did politely hand him and asked what they would be needing and doing with that information, which this triggered his apparent insecurity in his own knowledge and became completely defensive. It is normal to ask what people are doing with your information but to this man it was an insulting question and the rest of our next 10 mins in the lobby was met with suspicious demeanor. When my husband called to make our appointment he was told we could find our chosen doctor after our scan and that would be fine. Apparently this is not true and you can pick between two UNKNOWN "doctors" in two other states. He was so impatient to answer our questions of "what drs?" "This wasn't explained to us before our arrival we have no clue who the names are where they are if they are credible... you have never once offered to show us or tell us Names even." He then said, and I quote verbatim "You just have to pick do you want a chiropractor or an MD, ITS NOT THAT HARD." (with a wide eyed straight stare) We felt so uncomfortable we wanted our information back ( the copy of my ID and the sheet my husband had started to fill out) to which he told us I had no right to get back. (WRONG! I have every right to have my information back) His demeanor had signs of being a trustworthy or transparent person to whom you should let even see your private information. His dodgy untamed temperament was so alarming I felt unsafe to receive any kind of care from this company. because I stood up for myself he treated me as if I was doing something wrong asking questions (very reasonable common questions) about the treatment and care of my i formation. Basically they should be reviewed by their certification board. It became very apparent that telling us what was really happening with our information and the bait and switch tactics, along with the inability for transparency show reasonable signs to be checked.

Someone needs to be fired…read more A few months ago i submitted an appt request via their website. I received an email saying that someone would be in touch in a few days. A month later nothing. I called them a few weeks ago gave all of my information and condition was transferred to the scheduler's voicemail. I left a message and I've never heard anything since. I wouldn't trust this place with my medical care if it were the last clinic on Earth. If they can't do this basic kind of thing how could you trust them to do anything else?

I took a peek and the tech had her shirt up scratching away on her stomach. This went on during the entire test! After that the next test I was supposed to take a sedative at a certain time. That was early and didn't have time to take it. The tech for that test said she couldn't tell me when to take it. Test three, the doctor came in the room wearing a Mickey Mouse tee shirt. The rooms were dark, very untidy. I would not recommend this facility to anyone...based on the testing experience.
