I even stated that I worked in Woodbury and asked what was close by. She still said those were the closest. She seemed like an absolute air-head. And instead of double checking locations I took her word for it. Later finding out they DO have a location in Roseville and Oakdale that I could have attended. It is virtually impossible to even get ANYONE on the phone to answer. Good luck making an appointment. The first time I called I waited 37 minutes for a receptionist. The other times I left four messages and they did not return my calls. This place is almost impossible to even get parking spot in if there are soccer games there and it will take you an extra 15 minutes or more out of your time with the extra traffic. Leaving the location took me almost 20 minutes just to get onto 65. The location is horrible. So much traffic even in mid afternoon. Worse than downtown Minneapolis. This place is a joke. They don't care at all about their patients and have horrible customer service. It will take you a long time to make another appointment if you do it on the phone. I left a message cancelling my appointment. And the had the audacity to call me telling me I didn't show up. Well, it shows you they don't check their messages on a regular, maybe even daily basis. Everyone, from the receptionists, schedulers, chiropractor and the hand & physical therapists have ALL been top notch. They truly care about their clients and offer a lot of encouragement when you get discouraged. They won't let you give up on yourself and keep reminding you of where you were and how far you've come. You leave there feeling good about yourself and your accomplishments, which is priceless when you're down-in-the-dumps. I've scheduled appointments both over the phone and in-person and have NEVER had a problem getting my calls answered or the appointments scheduled in a timely manner. I decided on TCO Blaine due to their close location to my home and their new facilities. I contacted my insurance, and they are in-network!! I was able to make my first appt within 7 days of calling. Check-in was a breeze. The lobby directory told me to report to the 2nd floor clinic. Big enough lobby with a big TV and coffee bar. My wait wasn't long. The reception, Medical Assistant (Makenzie??) and Medical Doctor (Dr. Ridley) were friendly and welcoming. After my exam, it was recommended that I return for hand therapy. Appointments are made on the 1st floor so I headed down to that suite. A gentleman helped me make an appointment for 4 days later (today, Friday). So today was my 2nd time here. Today, I met with Katie, an occupational (hand) therapist. She was great! She worked on my wrist, arm, and shoulder to see where I was having pain. She gave me verbal and written instructions/ homework/ daily exercises to do at home for the next couple of weeks. So we'll see how I feel in 6 weeks. It may be one and done, or I'll need to see her again. Haven't received a bill, so I can't speak on that yet.. But overall, I've been happy with how I've been treated.
