I did get a bit frustrated sometimes when people mumble, especially girls..Why don't they speak loud and clear like me and why can't my family leave the TV at a reasonable volume? I reluctantly agreed to a hearing test at the urging of my daughter. I am bald so hearing aids are out of the question..Right? As a health care professional I was aware of the fact that Hearing aids improve mental focus and slow dementia and I'll admit things weren't coming as quickly and easily as when I was younger. Hearing aids have opened up a whole new world adding richness to my life. People no longer avoid talking with me and started treating me with more respect like I was suddenly more intelligent! Best of all I am now enjoying hearing my beautiful wife, children and grand daughter as never before. I m still surprised when I talk to people about them and they are shocked when I take them out to show them saying "I can't believe it.. I never saw them" For Pete's sake I'm bald and don't like hats. I wasted time and money trying discount in ear amplifiers but finally realized this is very similar to Dentistry..Its a service not a product. There's a huge difference in the end result depending on the provider. Fortunately I eventually found Amdahl Hearing Center. Thank you for your excellence in service and kind understanding. I had been waiting for you to contact me and when you did not contact me just like all other times I was told someone would look into this refund and I never heard back from anyone I posted that review on yelp. Yes, I think people should know when a client is ignored and your company does not respond or even contact me when the person I was working with is no longer available to see me. After the rude encounter with another employee taking the scheduled appointment I was told only a cleaning would be done and the was no time to do a service adjustment. She did not make any arraignment for me to see someone else. No call, text or email advised me about getting my hearing aids serviced. When I stopped in the front office said they would check-in about a refund even if it would be partial based on my last appointment. I never heard back from the St. Cloud office. I don't like leaving negative reviews but based on the way I've been treated as a client and then ignored I felt it necessary to get a response. Also to bring to your attention that something in the way of customer service was missing at the St. Cloud office. The way the service contract was presented to me it was like one appointment would cost as much as the contract and when I only got a cleaning it upset me that was an expensive cleaning. After spending 2 years trying to work out issues with my sinuses I got a referral to Oakdale ear,…read morenose and throat clinic. I went to the clinic not expecting much. After meeting with Dr. Kuderko, I realized this doctor cared enough about me to ask the right questions. We actually had a great interaction and he listened and allowed me to speak. I explained one of my concerns was to not spend more than i could afford. Dr. Kuderko took great effort to assure me he would help to minimize my expense. I have never heard that from a caregiver before. After getting a cat-scan he went over the results in detail with me less than 5 minutes later. I feel sure that this will be the doctor to clear up my health issues and am ecstatic. A little tip is to make an appointment when the audiologist is not working as it was very quiet and we were able to spend time talking.

After paying the copay, we were not given any direction or instruction, so we assumed we should sit and wait. While I acknowledge that we arrived exactly at the scheduled appointment time rather than 15 minutes early, we had completed all required paperwork in advance, making the check-in process quick. We waited approximately 15-20 minutes past our appointment time without any updates regarding the doctor's schedule or potential delays. It wasn't until my husband and I were discussing the wait that the receptionist mentioned the nurse would be with us shortly. The nurse who came out did not greet the children or engage with us warmly--she was monotone and lacked expression throughout the rooming process. After rooming, we experienced an additional 10-15 minute wait before the doctor arrived. The doctor was fine. He inquired whether an audiology test had already been conducted--which it had not. This was surprising, as we were told during scheduling that the hearing test would take place at the start before the doctors visit. Given the amount of time we spent waiting, it would have been helpful if that portion had been completed earlier. There was another brief wait before the hearing test began. During that time, a group of individuals, accompanied by a staff member, accidentally opened our exam room door and quickly left without explanation. The hearing test itself and the doctor's review of the results were handled well.

The place is just fabulous and the doctors are as much fun as they seem. Once you walked in you had a great feeling that this would be just the perfect place to come back. I love it idk about anyone else but to me the ENT deserves more then 5 stars it deserves a 10.
