What a pleasure to work with such knowledgeable, prompt and courteous professionals - not to mention the fair prices! Loretta has been incredibly precise with the work she has done for us, and everything has looked fantastic! She has been tremendously patient and has taken the time to offer her expertise and advice both in person and via e-mails (always in a timely manner.) The shop is calm, clean and well-organized. I am so grateful to have discovered Kopy King, and am truly pleased with the amazing service and impressive competence. read more

Fast service, and knew exactly what we needed when we explained what we where doing. My new spot for printing needs

As one of the founders of For The Troops, I have been using Kopy King for about 7 years now for shipping our We Care packages to our Deployed Troops. They have processed postage for over 100,000 boxes that we have shipped. They come in early to accommodate my large shipments and process the postage for me. Whenever I receive heavy box, they always ask if I want them to carry the boxes to my car. Such service! Loretta does the majority of the graphics for me as well as the large copying jobs I have. And their prices are really great, too. Loretta, Phillip and staff are always so willing to do whatever I need done, and always with a smile. If you want to do business with an establishment that gives great customer service with a smile, this is your place! I highly recommend Kopy King. I guarantee you will be as pleased as I am. read more

I am have had such a great response from Jonathan and Loretta at Kopy King. I am having car magnets printed that say Thank you to our first responders, with an American flag as the background. Jonathan helped with the design and gave me a great price. They even offered to sell them in their shop. Can't wait till we get them..Thank you both, your the best!! read more

I used them again to print birthday party invitations & it was just as seamless as the last time. They're quick & efficient. GREAT service.

I've been in Simi since 1995 and just found this gem on Friday. Came in a half hour before closing & was treated as if I was the first customer of the day. It's nice to see that, as I have gone into other establishments close to quitting time, and felt pressured, rushed & even not wanted. Not so here. It was a great first time experience. The job they did for me was small, but I am very pleased with how it came out. I will most definitely be giving all my related business to Kopy King going forward! They offer USPS services as well. Highly recommend! read more

Loretta, Jonathan and the entire Kopy King team is amazing. They have no idea how many individuals praise their work. As a funeral home owner, we have immediate time frames. Kopy king has always delivered and never let us down. Thank you for all you do. read more

I have never had a reason to go to a copy shop before but after working with King Kopy and the wonderful staff I think I'll make up any reason to come here. I had to have a memorial folder made. They had many examples to choose from and could do custom layouts if you wanted. Mine was not custom but I did have an extremely (well at least to me) tight deadline. The deadline didn't really seem to phase them. They were so quick. They were responsive to my many changes as the deadline loomed. I couldn't have been happier with the end product. Plus they accommodated a last minute addition to make a large foam board picture. No problem for them. The prices were reasonable. I would not hesitate to make the 20 mile trip for any printing needs. read more

Totally impressed by this company. Here are the facts. Called up Kopy King and asked how to go about getting 50 copies printed on 11 x17 front and back. Phillip said, "oh just e-mail in the Jpegs and I will take a look at them".. E-mailed in 2 Jpegs and waited for him to call. My phone rang in (not lying here) about 90 seconds. It was Phillip. I was ready for him to tell me some file didn't come through or didn't look correct or something that would be more work for me. I was also prepared for some big number after all this was double sided! NOPE, all he said was..... "They're done." HUH? Impossible! OK so he printed them without my price approval and now he was going to really get me.. "Phillip, how much do I owe you?" $11.50. Again, HUH?? I had called around and nobody gave me a price like that.. These will now be my "go to" printers. I no longer need to shop around and neither do you. I did it for you already.. Here is another star too.. *. read more

Come here for quick copies, Binding or large prints. Everyone is super helpful and usually service is speedy.

Don't ever think about going to the big box copy again. After being totally treated like trash at one of those other stores, we drove to Kopy King and received the white glove service from the Cabuyadao family. Awesome customer service and fabulous finished product all at a price half of the big guys. Can't recommend them enough. read more

I needed some booklets printed for work and being new in town, I came to Kopy King because of their Yelp reviews. I was blown away. They spent so much time with me talking me through the different options, helping me with formatting/design, and ensuring that I was 100% happy with the final product through several free samples. I came here to print my wedding invitations and RSVP cards. Loretta and the crew they have there are amazing. I have been coming to Kopy King since 1998. They have handled everything for me from copying, business cards, flyers, pamphlets to laminating. They thing I appreciate most is that they are an authorized Post Office so they do not bill extra for postage. I am there 2 to 3 times a week and there is never a line. The staff is warm and friendly and the service is super fast. This is the place to go. I will never go to a big post office office again. read more

Additionally, she has hired several skilled graduates in the area of graphics from our school, and they too have been just awesome to work with! Thank you!!! read more
