Steven gives terrible customer service. If you do get him on the phone I feel very unfortunate.

They worked creatively with me on a very personal project, were flexible & very helpful. A little pricy but it was important yo me. They delivered what I needed. read more

Well done with personal service. Quality printing at an affordable price. Hopefully they will continue to deliver this service in the AI world. read more

Professional staff and excellent service! Quick turnaround time for orders. Team are helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Not sure why all the reviews are so positive, because I had a very negative experience before even placing an order, specifically with Julian. I tried getting a quote from Julian on Sunday night for some custom postcards, prints, and color copies. I also asked over the phone the next morning. I'd printed these files with other printers before, so I thought I'd get a straightforward quote. I waited and waited all day after that phone call, and it wasn't until 3 minutes before closing that I got a quote with some OUTRAGEOUS prices (eg. $5 PER half sheet on standard size printer paper). I significantly reduced my order to avoid some of the egregious price gouging. I sent my files, which were the correct ratio for printing but in higher resolution to avoid quality loss, and asked for a new quote. This time I didn't even get a quote -- I told immediately that first I had to add bleed and trim marks myself, which I've never been asked to do by a printer before. I said the files I sent already accounted for bleed, and they said bluntly, "Your files are not ready to print and they are most definitely not set up with a bleed." They also called one of my inquiries "pointless." Rude!!! They then sent me screenshots of how to add the bleed / trim guides myself (on software I do not have), and added guidelines to one of my files as an example... which tells me they could DO know how to do it, but don't want to. TLDR: Slow quotes, rude/unprofessional employees. Just look elsewhere. Plenty of other printers are probably more capable when it comes to file handling, and would be happier to work with you to get the job done. read more

Wayne and his team were highly professional and incredibly helpful with a challenging request we had. We appreciated his communication every step of the way and look forward to working with him again on larger projects! read more

I had been using my preferred printing vendor for about a year, until I realized how expensive they were. It was unreasonable what they were charging, so I decided to shop around for another place that had decent prices and quick-responding staff. Minuteman Press was 1 of 10 options, and they came out on top! Wayne and Noah are incredibly helpful. They're quick at responding, whether email or phone calls. They do lots of custom work, and I especially appreciate their patience when I waltz right into their shop and start asking them questions about my future projects. The first project I asked for help with was foam core poster boards. I designed the files myself, and I just needed someone to print them. They gave me a very reasonable quote and a quick turnaround time. It was a no-brainer to accept their proposal. Within a few days, I picked up my posters and was in awe at the marvelous quality! I'm working on a few other projects with them at the moment, and I'm excited to continue working with them in the future. Excellent customer service and quality. They're a force to be reckoned with in the printing world. read more

I've done a couple printing projects with Wayne at MinuteMan and it's just really wonderful that this local, San Francisco printing place is fantastic to work with and affordable. It feels like a knee-jerk reaction to look online for price quotes, but the benefit of working with this local business is that they can help you navigate a project and consider different pricing options. Thankful for these guys and the quality work they do. read more

I highly recommend Minuteman Press at Kendall. Cristian Ortiz has created a unique brochure design that is really catching the attention of my audience. He was very professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra step. Dr. Mabel Marichal read more

I love Ken! And I love Minuteman Press! I'm @ a conference, company has gone through a recent name change, and I suddenly realize I have no business cards! I use yelp's nearby feature and find the business nearby with almost 5 stars. Well I wish I could give Ken 20 stars. He went above and beyond the call of duty- creating color business cards - front and back - same day - delivered. At a reasonable price. I literally hugged Ken when he delivered our cards to the conference. He has definitely earned our future business. Thank you Ken!! read more

These guys are amazing. Always pull rabbits out of hats and get the job done on time, on the right paper, WITH THE RIGHT COLORS. As if that wasn't enough, Wayne is just so great to work with. read more

Minuteman Press did an amazing job on my company's cards, letterhead and brochures. He took my files, made the necessary changes that I asked for the first time. My job was delivered two days early and under budget. I got it done cheaper last time around online but the quality suffered and I ended up throwing away half the order. Wayne, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He took over the business recently and is doing everything necessary to grow the business. If you have a small or mid sized project, and need it done right the first time, Give Minuteman Press a call. read more

Needed a very last minute rush job for a trade show exhibit and called this Minuteman Press. Wayne and his staff were so helpful, kind, very professional and were able to get the job done quickly. They did a great job - all the items looked perfect and were delivered faster than we had anticipated. I will use these guys again when we are in the Bay Area AND I will definitely recommend to friends. read more

OVERALL: Solid choice. Good group of guys, good quality, and they are FAST. I'm going here again next time for any print needs. MY QUALIFICATIONS: I ordered 500 business cards. SERVICE: I asked them how fast they can print 500 business cards, they said same day easy. I didn't have a template prepared, but they whipped one up on the spot and, within hours, I picked up some awesome business cards. END PRODUCT: Exactly what I asked for and exactly what they had promised. Awesome!!! PRICE: Very affordable. This print job was for a non-profit, so they worked with me on pricing. read more

Wayne and Noah were very helpful when I and another member of my team reached out to have posters printed for an upcoming event. They're serviceable, knowledgeable, and delivered beautiful posters within a short time. Thank you! read more

The people here are amazing accommodating and very fast. The printer is great! I used these for my digital art prints (i know a lot about size scale/dpi and digital paintings) and they saved me lots of money as opposed to having things printed at an archival inkjet place which would have charged me way too much. I printed my entire art show of digital paintings here. Very satisfied with the quality. read more

The entire team is amazing! They are quick and offer a great price. They are incredibly professional and are looking to get the job done right - very quickly I might add! I am so pleased with the way the project came out and would recommend them to anyone who needs business printing services. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! read more

Simply the best! Our firm was looking for a new print shop, so we headed to Minuteman Press. I went in person to meet Wayne and explain to him what I was looking for. On the spot, he was able to provide me with some proofs for the job. He made sure that I felt comfortable with the colors and the weight of the paper and gave me plenty of options and expertise. Wayne and his staff are very professional and are very great to work with! We will definitely be using Minuteman Press for all our future printing! read more

Figured I'd add to the glowing reviews for Minuteman. Recently needed some new business cards made and these guys were able to do them quickly, affordably and at a high level of quality. Im starting a business and felt like Wayne and the team not only understood my needs and concerns but also were genuinely interested in and supportive of the company. I look forward to working with them for my printing needs going forward... Thanks! read more

If you're researching printing presses in SF, I can stop you right now and tell you that you've found what you're looking for. Minuteman is simply the best printing press in this city, hands down. I came in here to get my 30th birthday invitations made. I told Ken what I was looking for and emailed him a template. We had a brief discussion about my vision and he told me we would work together to find something I'd like FIVE HOURS LATER Ken emails me a blue print of an invitation and I love it. We email back and forth a few times making edits and boom, all my invitations were printed the next day. Yes, you read right-the next day! I am so happy with their work, their quality, their speed, and especially their price! I shopped around a bit and everywhere else wanted to charge me 70% more than Minuteman. I wish I could post the invitation here to show you all what a great job they did. All my friends have commented on how awesome my invites are. In sum, Minuteman was friendly, not pretentious, and did excellent work. I highly recommend them for all your printing needs read more

The owner of this place, Wayne, is the kind of guy you want to support and be successful. He's humble, helpful, accommodating and thorough and I will definitely be back. We had our invitations done with him and when we asked that he expedite them, he actually hand delivered them to our house at 9pm. He's great. All the prints were as described, the price was right and we were happy. Extremely reasonable prices for a printer located in the middle of the financial district. I saw on their wall they also do book binding, business cards, flyers, etc. All the guys who work here are great so have no fear; they'll take care of you! read more

Ken and the team perfectly accommodated our urgent needs. We needed cards at the last minute for the CES conference, and Ken jumped into action to ensure that we had everything ready. The final product looked great, and I'd strongly recommend Minuteman Press to any other business of any size. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. read more

Once again I had a great experience, this time working with Ken. OK, I admit it. My bosses can be really difficult when they want something done. Case in point, it took us over two months to finalize our proofs on business cards for everyone at our co., but it had to be done right. Of course, when they finally are ready to order, they need it right away and it's an emergency. Ken and Wayne were both very helpful, providing multiple proofs and taking initiative and following up with me. They were patient and consistent, which I really appreciate, since I am the middleman here. In addition to the cards, we also needed to print some nice flyers for a promotion we are doing. I was able to drop the files off in person at their office, where Ken spent a good half hour optimizing the image and getting it just right in Photoshop for me. He even printed a test page to make sure everything looked good. Not only did they look great, they also were done in about 36 hours. I'm still backing this place 100% as our go-to source for printing in the Financial District. Thanks, guys! read more

This place is really serious and everybody is here to help. I was really impressed by the service and the quality of the work. I will keep editing the business cards for my company at this place. They also work fast if you need last minute business cards. I've been working with them since 2014. Thank you guys. read more

These guys are great! We showed up, unannounced, hoping to get a 2 x 3 ft poster printed. They were super swamped with some magazine/brochure looking orders so I was a bit worried that they wouldn't have time to work with us, but thankfully, their huge poster printer was free! They printed some sample slips of poster for us to check on the color, and worked with us to adjust until the shade of purple we wanted was just right :). We got our poster an hour later as the printer worked its magic. Great quality, super quick, and nice to work with even with last minute requests! Little tip! Make sure all your fonts are outlined (made into vectors instead of referencing a font file) in your ai file. read more

Wayne and team are really responsive and a pleasure to work with. We order our business cards with them and have been nothing but pleased with our relationship with Minuteman Press. read more

the folks at Minuteman are excellent professionals who understand good value and customer service. we went to Minuteman because we had to get wedding invitations printed, and the order we had was smaller than what i guess the usual order for invites might be. unlike a lot of the other printers around the area (and even in the East Bay!), Wayne and Ken at Minuteman were willing to do a sample press run to make sure the colors were right, go through a few revisions to ensure the sizing was correct, and otherwise went out of their way to make sure things were great. THAT is customer service! they also went out of their way to find the most economical means to print out our invites. we ended up spending much less than we originally budgeted for the invite printing. i definitely recommend the folks at Minuteman. they do great work and go the extra mile. read more

wow-wow-wow. did minute man do an outstanding job! i would like to just go on and on about what a wonderful experience i had but it sums up very simply. i brought in a print job for the office, was quoted by far the best price in town (beating kinko's...which i hate) got the best customer service EVER, was delivered before deadline with the highest quality possible. perfect. i think i'm going to minute man to have my comic books printed. you can be sure i'll use them again as well as recommend them to everyone i know. read more

The team at Minute Man Press are outstanding! They always go above and beyond to support our companies growth and marketing plan and communicate effectively every step of the way. I needed business cards in 24 hours. Wayne and Ken were great to work with. My new cards were ready when promised and looked like a much more expensive product. The design, proofs and quote were all accomplished by email (using Word and PDF files) and phone calls. I wanted a new layout but was unsure of what would look good - professional, contemporary and clean in its simplicity. The team at Minuteman developed an excellent layout, which I accepted with one minor change. I recommend Minuteman, and Ken and Wayne, without reservation. read more

Great service, great price, amazingly fast turnaround. They even had recycled paper and double sided printing. Just what I was looking for.

I begin using Minuteman Press on Commercial last year to have some business cards printed. I was very pleased and used them again about 4 months ago for the same project...again, an excellent job. What blew me away was the service they provided me for the Pride Brunch Silent Auction. As with most charity events, I was running late and they were able to provide a quick turnaround for my large print job. Not only were they able to turn around the project, but they advised me as to the best size for some posters I was printing. They suggested that I avoid going too large because the quality of the photos was not good enough to handle that size. So, instead of just giving me what I asked for (which would have been a disaster), they were looking out for my best interest for my print job. I can't recommend them highly enough. Wayne and his team are the best! read more

Wayne at Minuteman Press was everything you'd hope for in a print shop manager - expedient beyond belief, thorough, and extremely on top of my client project's needs. Not only was Wayne able to complete the print project (which included over 300 individual print items in 3 size formats, page trimming/shaping, and a full size standing banner) faster than I could have ever imagined, but he also took the time to review every single file and make sure bleeds and alignment were perfect for all of the art that I supplied. His fantastic work turned a borderline impossible task into a complete success. Thank you Wayne! read more
