Some documents are from the 1940's and earlier, larger format, which required careful handling to preserve both the image and document. Nimish and his team are responsive, communicate well and thoughtful in how they approach a project of this magnitude. They had many helpful suggestions as we progressed to completion. We've uploaded the entire project to a protected redundant shared Google Drive structure so all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids can access it for decades to come. Chantell was wonderful to work with and helped us improve our designs to ensure great finished products from helping us pick which paper weights would be ideal to refining our work in Canva. The pricing was very reasonable too. Though the actual printing took a while as we got married during a busy season (spring), we were very happy with the final results. This spot is convenient for printing documents. You can email your file and then print it yourself…read moreat the machine. At only $0.82 for a single page for black and white, it's much cheaper than other places that charge around $2.50 for the same thing. That said, there are some drawbacks. After you email your document, it can take five minutes or more just to receive the retrieval code to enter at the printer. The staff will tell you to step outside and refresh your email, but the delay makes the process pretty frustrating. Parking is another issue. There are about 17-18 spots, but even with only four customers in the store, I couldn't find a space. I waited at least eight minutes and still nothing opened up, not even on the side street. I eventually gave up on parking and walked. Overall, it's the best price I've found for printing a small number of pages, but the wait times and parking situation make it a bit of a headache.

I did have to wait a while to get the live scan done (maybe 20 mins because the owner was on the way there and parking in Cali is a mess) but it was a seamless process and cost $79.00! Worth supporting!

I had commissioned Minuteman Press to print some business cards for me, through Mike S. We had a brief conversation about what I would like in my business card. I had thought it would be straightforward and simple. He had told me a great number of reasons that the job couldn't be done within a day. Red flags should have been thrown up then for me at that time. I mean, I came to the office because it was called minuteman press. So we came to an agreement that he print the cards up, 250 of them for $36.00 to be made by 10 am the next day. So I emailed a PDF file to him of what the card should look like. As well of a basic idea of what we talked about. It was simple! I get the cards back and i am disappointed. There is no gloss on the cards!!! He had told me that it was glossy card stock but he has a more high quality glossy as well. Instead of taking responsibility, he calls his coworker in, apparently the one who printed up the cards to tell me something. All she had to say was that she put them on matte card stock. (Which I'm sure he didn't like to hear) I already knew that they were matte. Instead of offering to redo them and take the loss for the moment, he offers to do them right next time and not charge me for the "upgraded" glossy. I have to settle for these cards until I can spare the cash to go elsewhere. I paid for a product, I didn't get it as described. If you want your company to grow, then keep the customers that you can get. There are other companies out there that want your customers. read more

Worst printing shop in San Diego. I asked for basic business card service and was offered sub-standard products and no other option. The staff was rude and seemed to have no interest in my business. When I decided to go elsewhere, I was told by Mike to get out because I was wasting his time. This is not a reliable place. read more

I always critique business because in good time you will survive with poor customer service. But most people don't spend good money on poor customer service in bad times so yeah that's why many businesses fail. Poor customer service and poor customer loyalty. The customers pay your the series of workers not necessarily the boss. The distribute a check to you but that money came from a paying customer.
