Had some very important copies to make, google said they were open till 4:30, drove 10 minutes in the rain on a bike arriving at 4:15 and they were closed. Door said 4:30 as well. I have a big Instagram following so I was in the process of making a video to let my followers know not to use the business when he came lout, insults me, calls me names. I've been using vista print and fed-ex online for my small business needs for a while now, and I am never going back! I usually do my own designs, but I'm not a professional and don't know what will print properly or what will make the final product top notch. After being able to discuss differences with Mike and Anne (especially Anne on the design stuff) I'm much happier with my results and typically cheaper than vista print or fed ex online jobs. I had a flyer that I wanted printed and fed ex wanted over $130 for it and Mike was able to get it done for $30!!! Plus I got the feedback I needed to adjust my design so it looked great. I ordered business cards here and approved a proof that had the wrong phone number. I frantically called and emailed to stop the printing but Mike said that they had already printed. He sent me an email that had the correct proof and said that since there was a delay in the proof sent and cards made, he wouldn't charge for the incorrect ones they printed. They are very professional and I really appreciate the fact that he didn't charge me even after I approved the wrong number. The whole story: I just walked in with an emergency project and one of the co-owners, Anne Sappington was eager to help me. She said it was impossible, but would see what she could do to have it ready in less than 24 hours at the Christmas rush time. No promises.
