Due to the mix up, I had to make an additional trip to drop the shirts back off, and another trip to pick up the order that they messed up on. To top it off, the final product of the two shirts that was returned were TERRIBLE & TACKY. Defiantly not what I was expecting. I was looking forward to the owner offering me some form of compensation for the inconvenience. Instead, they owner disregarded the mishap and proceeded on as if nothing had occurred. I started to complain, but I noticed that they had other customers in the store, and I didn't want to come off as the "angry black woman" in the white owned business.
