I want to thank Minute Man Press and Simon in particular for his help with a special project. My sister graduated with her AA and was not able to walk as everything was virtual. I called Simon with more of an 'idea' than an actual plan for project I wanted to do for her. He 'talked out' with me my idea and helped to create a custom card that I printed a variety of notes from friends and family on. My sister loves all things Avengers 'Loki' (Tom Hiddleston really) and Simon helped to create the look and style I wanted on custom cards and with a custom saying at the top. There is not currently a lot of Loki stuff out there and having custom items completed (whether it is paper or a cake) is trying. I called them 5/15 to get a quote, the man said to submit my info online through their quote system. I said I needed him to get back to me that day. I hear nothing for 2 days. I call back on 5/17 and they don't even have my request. I tell the man the same thing, I need a quote right away if I am to do business with them. I submit my request again and again, nothing. Obviously this company's online system doesn't work or they are terrible at follow up. Either way it's no way to get business! read more

I've submitted a few requests online and I haven't heard anything. They are closed on weekends, I have left messages, and by the time I am off of work, I can't make it before closing. Not sure how this business functions if they don't return calls or respond to quote requests. Perhaps once I speak to someone, I may update my review. Until then, I'd rate this a 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I saw what amazing reviews the one in Irvine has and based on that, I looked this up and it was near my house.
