I needed a vinyl banner made for a musician, and also lettering done for our boat. Pacific Sign was able to do both! Carol is professional, friendly, and talented. She designed both projects and is absolutely wonderful at it. I also was pleasantly surprised with how quickly she responds and gets the job done. All in all I had a perfect experience and 10/10 recommend Pacific Sign Center! read more

We bought an older sailboat earlier this year and being new boat owners we wanted to make it "ours". We had a name picked out even before we bought the boat, along with the design, but were so afraid that our "dream idea" would get lost in translation. I cannot express enough how happy we are with the outcome. It is EXACTLY what we wanted and envisioned... and more. They actually fine tuned and showed us some samples that they thought we might like. Like subtle shading to the lettering. Colors to incorporate to enhance the whole design. I felt completely comfortable in their hands. I want to thank Ronna and Mark for the excellent & professional customer service, and for being so friendly and easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Sign Center in Dana Point for any signage you may be looking for, they can do it all! read more

We recently purchased a little boat that had a corny and ugly name on it. We came up with a fun name and I had dreams of it in a script-y font. I've been a graphic designer who loves fonts for over 25 years and had no idea where to even begin. I contacted Ronna and she designed something better than I could have come up with...only one color change and one other tiny change and it was done! She's so easy to work with and very reasonably priced. I would Def recommend to anyone... read more

I didn't want to settle for something that didn't make my heart sing and have to look at it every day. Ronna provided help and insight for every step along the way until we landed on our perfect font and color combination. Mark K. and his team is the absolute best. They installed our outdoor sign for our new building. They made it seamless for us, they arranged with the property management in getting the permits and approvals and installed the sign for us a few days earlier than expected which was great. As with everything in life nothing is perfect. We had some hiccups on wall patching from previous sign but they made sure that we are happy with the final product before closing the project. They came back 2 times to make sure everything is perfect. Mark and his team are very professional and I love working with them. I highly recommended them and would definitely use them again when we need more signs done. read more

What a team, with exceptional service. Dan, Ronna, and Mark are all impeccable with their words. Their installer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with what he was doing. They worked with us on exactly what we envisioned for an exterior sign for our office--informed us of what color and lighting would look best and didn't try to sell us the most expensive options which was greatly appreciated. Exceptional experience, exceptional service. We will be referring everyone we know to them for signs both exterior, vinyl banners, and boat signs. Thanks for all of the help and beautiful sign! read more

Mark is a very aggressive businessman and gets pushy. It's funny like most vendors he never really committed a date for when my sign would be installed, I called him numerous times .. It was like I was chasing the rabbit . Long story.. Short, sign installed than the lights( led ) that are suppose to turn on at night didn't . So we go on and on . He tried to contact me for final payment , I been in a personal crisis . Instead of trying to figure out what's going on , he just threaten me with legal action . Good luck Mark , I have the lawyers in my family you don't ! He is slick , regret giving him my business . read more

Ronna created a gorgeous logo for our business. The price was very reasonable and within our budget. She gave us several options and then changed them a bit based on our input. Pacific Sign enter also made us beautiful yard signs and they're working on decals for our work trucks. Ronna is professional, kind and a pleasure to work with. It's so nice to work with a local small business and to actually be able to communicate directly with a human versus going on the internet. This company has HEART, as well as courteous, creative, helpful, responsive staff. My job was small but had great sentimental value; we got extraordinary service and finished products that elicit raves from everyone, including my artist friends. Mark replied to my initial inquiry immediately and put his designer Ronna on the job. She patiently answered endless questions and provided excellent options at all price points. There was a small glitch that was no one's fault; I did not have to ask, they offered to do it again. I see on their website they are committed to 100% satisfied customers, and they mean it. I wish I could award more than 5 stars as I am way more than 100% satisfied. Their professional work will exceed your hopes and vision. read more

The entire team has been so helpful, timely, and the product turned out beautifully. I like that they walked through the process with us as designing is not our thing. They are patient and made us feel comfortable unlike other stores who pushed us into something we didn't like. I went back to them again and had the same stellar service.
