I asked if they could check the order history, but they refused to look it up or help me resolve the issue. After some back and forth, they suggested that someone had already picked up my order and even accused my girlfriend and me of taking it ourselves. When we pressed for assistance, the employee called someone named "Aunty Apla" on the phone. Instead of helping, she started screaming at us. At that point, we left since it was clear they had no intention of resolving the situation. This was by far the worst experience I've had with DoorDash and at any 7-Eleven. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable.

This location doesn't have photo or pharmacy, and is much, much smaller than an ordinary CVS store, having a small beauty section, and 6 small, tiny aisles, as well as a back freezer section. Small checkout area, and overall, not a place I'd ever choose to shop (or really ever come back to, specifically since CVS stores in other malls are better.... and there are 3 other stores throughout the Town of Braintree, so this really isn't needed). EZ Mart sits on Washington Street (Route 53), at the intersection of Mutton Lane, and is a great option for any 'convenient' type of product. The EZ Mart is a large store, conveniently open 24 hours, with all the normal stuff and more. They have a large variety of chips, crackers, snacks, candy, soda, drinks, ice cream, italian ice, newspapers, the Lottery, and a large variety of even household items ranging from paper towels to laundry detergent, and even dog food. The store is quite large and is vast in comparison to other places. The guy working was nice and the store is dead frequently (being that there is at least five other convenience stores within this section of Washington Street). Definitely a good option for any "convenience store" sort of item for 4 stars.
