Showed them all my information come to find out after an hour of waiting they could not find my subscription in the system asked me to call my prescriber and they are currently closed. If they would have told me earlier my prescriber would have been able to be called and probably would have had my prescription even though I showed them the prescription on my phone. Wasted an hour plus of my time no urgency or updating me till I looked visibly upset it was taking long. Most my prescriptions go to cvs and it is more pricey but you don't ever have these problems if they can't get you prescription they tell you right away, and communication isn't that bad. Not only that staff isn't to welcoming at all. Worst experience I ever had just picking up a prescription.

The sales staff working on the sales floor are always knowledgeable and willing to help customers locate products or provide helpful suggestions. The front end staff is always very pleasant and the checkout process goes smoothly. There is also a self checkout option at this location and the self checkout machines are always in good working order. The parking lot is huge so finding a parking spot is never a problem. It is also well lit at night. I would definitely say that this is my preferred CVS location. I highly recommend this location to others and I know for sure that I will be back.

"Can I get someone to help you?" she asked. They have masks, just not the gaiter type (at least not that day). I like the gaiters because regular mask strings hurt my ears after an hour or so. Also gaiters are easy to pull up and down, and hard to forget once around your neck
