It does the job if you need a bottle of water or regret in the form of a roller hot dog. This place won't change your life, but it'll change your gas gauge. It's not a destination -- it's a pit stop with branding. It's clean enough, functional enough, and won't ruin your day. A couple days ago a friend of mine nicely got my car washed at 4 Sons Chevron on Anthem Way. So after I got my car back, both the tire cover and my antenna topper were gone! We called the next day and "Sam" told us that after cleaning the system and looking again they did not find anything. He even said that they would review the video to determine what might have happened. Later that day, I went down myself to confirm that those actions had been taken. I was met by the Manager, Sam, in person and he remembered the call. He then closed the car wash and diligently looked through each part of the machine including all of their drains to help find my antenna topper. All to no avail. He confirmed that he had looked through the videos also and had seen that the tire cover was still sort of attached to the vehicle when it left. (So if anyone finds a "Suzuki" tire cover in Anthem, it is probably mine!) Bottom line was that I did not retrieve either of my items from the car wash. When Sam saw my disappointment, he gave me a voucher for a free re-wash just for coming in! In the past, I had gone to his place for my car washes and by this time had already decided that I would now ALWAYS go there. But I cannot convey how impressed I was with the level of customer service, professionalism, and kindness that Sam showed to help find my items. To top it all off, while Sam was (again) looking for my items, the next customer was fairly patiently waiting to start his car wash. For that patron's time, Sam even upgraded his wash for his inconvenience! Truly, a great product, great service, great personnel, and a great experience. What else could one ask for?? Two employees have repeatedly harassed me, shouted across the store, and publicly embarrassed me over an issue that had nothing to do with me. My husband is not allowed in the store due to a past incident--but he waits for me on the public sidewalk and never enters. Still, I was told that I had to "make him go away" or I wouldn't be served. The final straw was on May 23, 2025, when both employees yelled "you with the pink hair--get out!" as I entered. One mocked me with offensive gestures. The other came out from behind the counter trying to take my photo without consent. This was in front of other customers. I was humiliated, and I have never been told I was banned or done anything wrong. I filed a formal complaint through Circle K's customer service and spoke to someone named Suben, who said they would escalate it. Weeks later, I've heard nothing. No follow-up. No case number. No accountability. If this is how Circle K allows its employees to treat regular, respectful customers--then this isn't just a store issue. It's a company culture issue. Avoid this location at all costs. It's not safe, it's not professional, and they clearly don't care if their employees harass people on company time.
