The whole place smells like piss!! How?! WHY?! The staff is nice. The store is well lite and pretty standard. Bathroom seemed a bit rough. Female stalls had sh*t on the walls and wall mounts loose. What an absolutely wretched service station. More often than not half the pumps are yellow-tagged as out of service. The windshield squeegee containers are always empty and good luck getting the pumps to spit out a paper receipt. Into the building you go! Can't wait for a Buc-ees to show up here and put this location out of its misery. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. A Gas Station that refuses its customers a simple toilet. Zero empathy. As a father of twin girls, and as I work as a package delivery driver again refuses a restroom. I had to pee so bad I used there parking lot. This is growing with the Circle K family. Their car wash damaged my mirror and they refused to fix it. Entrance of brush frame too narrow for a half ton pickup!! Came by and ripped the mirror back and forth until it cracked the plastic frame and damaged the glass! There was no manager on duty to discuss the matter! Why is your fountain soda machine broke all the time. Fountain sodas are the only thing circle k is good for and yours is constantly broken. I've been to this location at least 6 times in the last 6 months where there soda machines were out of order read more

Has really good coffee and is very clean. There is enough turnover so the coffee is hot and fresh.

This place charges full price for a coffee cup filled with ice just to cool down the more expensive Starbucks iced coffee you're also buying. The old lady at the front desk was a miserable person and gave me the typical excuse of "I don't make the rules". Keep your excuses. The ice bags are half melted and the soda machines are flat. Looks like a nice stop from the outside but save yourself the hassle. Worst gas station ever. Phoenix needs more Quik Trips! Zero stars! read more

Horrible experience today. i was paying for my husband to put 20 in the gas tank and I went to pay for it; the girl was very rude and did not provide good customer service. I don't drive so to medical reasons and was just paying for my husband who was waiting out by the car. She needs to be nicer to others and learn better customer service. read more

I honestly made a Yelp because one black staff member that works there lies about having product in stock. I did not make this post to bash on the gas station, but to bring his actions to light. In one instance I asked him for 5% mint juul pods and he said that they were "out of stock," but his associate on his right hand side butted in and called him out stating that they actually had plenty in stock. He's rude, unprofessional and has poor work ethic when it comes to dealing with customers. read more

This place was, yes, was great when I first moved to Anthem. As I start to get along with the staffs, I get up-charged for my regular iced coffee. I usually have the 16 oz but recently they charge me with the 24 oz price, plus tax it's gonna be 2 dollars for a 16 oz-cup of iced coffee?! Well, it doesn't seem that much but if you don't have much money then this would be a trouble (I'm saving for my tuition). Gotta say goodbye to my favorite iced coffee then. read more

I spend thousands of dollars in your store ever year. You used to have nice respectful staff working. I used to look forward to stopping each day because you had great staff. The last several months the staff has gone way down hill. Rude, nasty, unpleasant, unprofessional and very unhappy. No please, no thank you, and no have a nice day. When you walk away they whisper and talk about cutomers. If this does not change immediately i will spend my thousands of dollars a year somewhere else. I litterly spend between 30 to 75 dollars in your store 5 to 6 days a week everyweek. I purchase my gas, food and other items everday. Bad attitudes make bad buisness. My neighbors have all been saying the same thing, you know we are very close and we all talk and hang out together. I would take this seriously and make some changes.
