Tried this place out when they first opened and had a bad first impression but since they just opened, I let it slide. The drinks were watered down and there was no taste of tea in our drinks. Just recently heard from a family friend that their milk teas are better so I decided to give it a shot tonight. There was no improvement whatsoever. Still watered down and nothing special to it. Fresno has lots of boba places opened now and there are just better places to get a better drink with the same price. I totally do not recommend. read more

If I could give this boba shop a 10, I would! The staff here are always so nice and patient. Never once have I had a bad customer service experience here. I get the same drink every time I come here, cookies and cream smoothie with boba, and it tastes perfect every time. They also have milk teas which are delicious and taste much fresher than other places I've tried. They never disappoint!!! read more

Their drinks are good and they seem very consistent. The only thing that bothers me (or else they would've gotten 5 stars) is the waiting area. They have more space to the right (seating) that they blocked off. I understand their employees probably take their breaks at the table in the far back but blocking the seating area half way wouldn't hurt. There is still plenty of space for their employee table back there. Sometimes they get busy and the spot they have for people when ordering is super crowded. They even moved up the trash area forward so it's literally less space to wait and conflicts with the ordering line. So happy we have a boba tea place on this side of Clovis!! And it is soooooo good. My family order the Thai milk tea with boba, Jasmine tea and classic milk tea with boba. Tea was delicious, I loved the option to lessen the sugar content, I chose to have my classic milk at 50% sugar level and it was just PERFECT! The boba is also fresh and soft. The shop is clean, has good Covid measures in place, the service was fast and very friendly. I highly recommend Mint Tea, I know I will be back over and over again. read more

That was the quickest boba trip I've ever made in my entire life!!! As I was ordering, another associate heard my order and started working on it as I was paying! That was super awesome. And the cashier guy was SUPER nice and had excellent customer service. These are the qualities I look for when searching for employees for my own restaurant, so I am very pleased with my visit today. This a clean, well-lit, and cute little neighborhood boba shop. Sometimes the milk tea is a bit bland and the regular boba can seem a little too chewy. However, staff is always friendly and service is prompt. When I ordered the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, the cashier made sure to ask if I wanted the coffee jelly that comes with the drink, or the regular boba. I did ask for a little ice last time but they said they can't adjust the ice content. I would actually prefer my drink wasn't filled to the brim and that there was just less ice in it but I know the employee was following protocols. However, I like that I am able to adjust the sweetness level of the Vietnamese Iced Coffee to 25%. The cashier made sure to ask if the sea salt cream on top would be okay, & if I would be okay if the drink was a little bit bitter (it was not actually bitter). They have happy hour 7pm-9:30pm Monday-Thursday where the drinks are either 50% off or buy 1, get on free (I can't recall what the exact offer is but it seems enticing). They do have a growing food menu and I have tried the garlic fries but I ordered them by delivery, and they were soggy/wet. But I feel it's unfair to review the business based on food that was delivered. Overall, when I am in the mood for iced coffee, I try to visit this store before the nearby coffee chain because locally-owned businesses are important to the community. read more

I gave this place a try since it's a new boba shop in town. I didn't have much expectations for this place because it was attached to a water shop. Upon arriving , I noticed their menus are very deceiving. They have images of drinks with boba and various toppings in it and "boba" written in the description, but when you order that specific drink it doesn't come with the toppings. Toppings are an additional charge. What? Their menu needs some refinement. I placed my order, asked for no ice and they still filled my cup with ice. Might I add that their boba is undercooked and it's not edible, it's rock hard. Never coming back here again. read more

this place is my favorite go to never had issues with the same two drinks I order almost every day.. but when one particular worker is working my order constantly being made wrong. I get the worst attitude from her. on 4/19/23 I ordered a peach slushee with strawberry popping boba ...simple right? Well I was given it with peach inclusions and different boba ..so I asked if she can fix it so she opened it dumped the slush out picked the boba out ...gave me little to no boba and gave it to me almost half way empty. I went here before to get egg rolls and loved them, today i went to get some for my family but my lil sister wanted boba from the place we usually go next door. we have not tried Mintea boba but def won't because of how unprofessional the workers were, as soon as they seen that my sisters were carrying another boba all u see is them whispering and saying stuff which wasn't very quite. We are so glad to welcome MinTea in the neighborhood. We have been a few times since opening so we haven't had a chance to try all of the flavors but my hunch is that you won't be disappointed on any of the flavors you choose. Our family really hopes this place does incredibly well. I love the classic milk tea with boba (75% sweet was great for me). I have also tried the Thai tea smoothie and the taro smoothie which are equally tasty. The boba has great texture. My wife got the peach mango fruit tea with the peach and mango bits inside and really loved it. My kids have had an array of flavors and they can't wait to come again. I haven't tried any of the appetizers yet. Will have to update when I try them. The staff is friendly and helpful. My wife and kids have asked for their suggestions and they have been spot on. It will be nice when you can sit and hang out inside. They have a good atmosphere inside. I will update this with pictures next time I visit (probably tomorrow). It has been so hot I have just wanted to drink my boba and cool off...no time to take pictures. I highly recommend trying out MinTea. They have great boba. My friend and I wanted to try out this new boba tea place so we pulled up and ordered strawberry milk tea with the mango popping boba. really freaking good. there was only 2 staff people working the place around but they gave us our drinks pretty quickly. it is pretty hot in there, hopefully they get an AC soon but I highly recommend getting boba from this place its fire and you won't be disappointed! I'm new to this spot so I have only tried 2 drinks. The sour plum was ok. I'm not mad about it but it's just not to my personal taste. The peach mango green tea was delicious and I would definitely get that again. I've been hunting around Clovis amd Fresno for boba shops and this place is quickly joining my top favorites. This place was great when they first opened. I was a big fan of their fruit teas because of the fruit bits! But I realize that overtime it was a matter if I was lucky or not every time I got a drink. There was times when I had no fruits at all!! And times when it was sooo much. The jasmine milk tea also had no tea in it/: just tasted like milk with boba. I was disappointed with my drinks and haven't been there in over a month. I use to go once every week, but always had inconsistent results. I'm thinking it has to do with which employee was making my drink, maybe train all of them to know the menu as well as their peers to get the best results from customers.. Out of all the boba shops in Fresno, they have the best sea crema so far quite similar like popping ave. I usually come here for the sea crema. I went 2 weeks ago and just recently like a few days ago, i don't know if it's me but the employees looks more understaffed? I came during a rush and I only saw like 2 employees working? Sounds very unprofessional for the managers/supervisors for not assigning more workers at times like these especially where there a lot of customers waiting in line. Talking about a rush, there was no social distance at all! It is the employee job to make sure there are limited capacity inside. Not only just that, I saw a dead cockroach on the floor! I was disgusted and who knows they might have more in the back since it is quite messy in the back. BUT their sea crema is the best, i love it! read more
