I can't believe I haven't written a review for MinTea yet! I honestly thought I already did and was about to update it. We've been coming here for a few years now (my niece and my friends)... my pics date back to at least '22. There was a time we were obsessed with getting boba (it comes in waves). My favorite item(s) to get rotated between the Vietnamese Iced Coffee or the Lychee Lover. Only recently this year did Thai Tea become an obsession of mine-- so now that's been the regular order + Ube Cream on top (no boba). Most recently, two days in a row, my niece and I stopped by for the same order-- Thai Tea w/ Ube Cream and Iced Matcha Latte. I have to note that the two guys working the shift, both times, were awesome... my niece felt the same "they were so nice and polite". We genuinely felt welcomed. They greeted us as we entered and thanked us as we left. I, as well as my niece, hoped it would be them again this second round because they made our drinks perfectly the first time, and with a smile. Anyway, had to write them a review today. If it wasn't a 5-star before (for service), it definitely is now. The drinks have always hit. read more

We did a Car Meet up with the Valley Zupra team at this location in our M2. Did a cruise from here to Cedar Tree Village (exterior shot). The two fellows inside had great customer service. There were three groups of customers upon entry. Happy to know they have a restroom. Before leaving on our car cruise, I picked up a Vietnamese iced Egg Coffee and Chicken Teriyaki. The coffee with coffee jelly was pretty good, a 4.2 out of 5. The Chicken Teriyaki was pretty disappointing. It was white meat, overcooked, teriyaki sauce was not special, and the broccoli seemed par cooked. 2 out of 5. All and all, it broke even at a 3 out of 5. Sure I expected to see sticky rice and fried chicken it Lao sausage at this location, but feel my score was subjective nonetheless. read more

Their reviews were so amazing. I was super excited to try this place. I got the tropical iced tea and the strawberry matcha iced latte. The Matcha was good, not great but the tropical iced tea was so disappointing. It hardly had any fruit in it and it tasted more perfume than anything. I'm not sure if something may have gotten cross contaminated, and the fruit was nearly nonexistent sad face for me. read more

Made a stop here because we were in the area. The strawberry smoothie was good but also had a fake strawberry taste to it so my brother didn't care for it. The ube coffee I did like and it was strong as expected to be. We were the only ones in there and when we walked in we didn't get greeted or anything. I'm not usually on that side of town so it's not something I would drive out of my way for since there's plenty of boba shops all around Fresno and Clovis. But if I happen to be in that area again and craving boba I'll think about making a stop to try a different drink and maybe some food items. I do like that they have some flavors that most boba spots don't have so that is keeping me interested. read more

7/23/25 Boba fan! Trying this one next! The other one was great! Arrived! This one is GREAT too! Greeted right upon walking in. The worker was very kind. Happy to give recommendations. I wanted something different from the usual Vietnamese coffee, but still coffee-like. He recommended the iced caramel coffee. Ordered that with almond milk, coffee jelly & honey boba. Also saw that they a lot of sweet items. I ended up getting the Pandan Waffle to have for dinner. Paid for order and waited. Received drink first and then the waffle after multiple good day wishes received upon receiving each! GREAT!! Really nice inside!! Lots of seating and great music playing. I love this place alot! I come here probably monthly, or whenever I could. I'm never disappointed with what I get from here. The prices for drinks range around $5-7 dollars depending on what you get. I think the service here is excellent. The workers are fast at it and get you ur drink on time right when they could get to making it. I needed my drinks to be customized (texted my son my orders) but the lady told my son that it could not be done because it's already "ready to be made", whatever that means. So my son comes home and I taste mines and it's too sweet, but then I taste the boba and they were either half hard or too hard that it couldn't be chewed but bitten then chewed. I then checked the clover app because obviously I ordered 4 drinks but only 1 was marked. (Buy 10 drinks and get 1 for free) But that's ok because now I know why we've always avoided this location. Mintea is my go to spot for when I want boba. I really like the winter melon milk tea here. Usually the boba is good, tho at certain times I've went the boba was hard. They have their good and bad days. I also really like their fruit iced tea options, my favorite thing from there. Inside seating is good, although at times the tables can be a bit dirty. First time coming here during a work break. I was greeted when I walked in. the menu was pretty straightforward, and has a pretty good selection of drinks offered. I ordered the Wintermelon Milk Tea and a Taro Milk Tea. My drink came out fairly quickly. Both the drinks tasted good. I just wish my Wintermelon Milk Tea tasted more like Wintermelon. My drink tasted more like a house milk. I still enjoyed my drink though. I got my husband the Taro milk tea and he gave it a 3.5/5. I thought the decor for the store is nice. They have a nice floral wall great for photos. The shop has plenty of indoor seatings inside. They offer a variety of macrons, so if you have a sweet tooth for some edible snacks, they have plenty. One of my favorite boba place in Clovis with plenty of seats inside. However, I would highly suggest to check the floor (appeared dirty). So many choices here and price is reasonable. I especially like their pandan waffle. I kept asking when the other MinTea is going to open, but they didn't know. Looking forward to have another one (but in Fresno). I came to MinTea on 4/20/22 as I was in the area and I was craving tea. Upon entering I was greeted by the owner or staff. Very friendly. It was very clean and calm inside and I liked how peaceful it was. The decorations were was very simple but lovely. It wasn't over stimulating. They had a lot of options on the menu which was so hard to choose from. I ended up getting a Thai Ice Tea with Almond milk with boba. I gave it a 7/10. It was pretty good. I didn't have any complaints. Not too bitter and not too sweet. So the sweet level was good. Boba was chewy. They also sell food and snacks here which I didn't try maybe next time. Overall, it was a lovely drink for the day. Definitely glad I tried this place out. I was in and out in no time. Very quick service. read more

I go to mintea probably once a week so I'm familiar with my orders. March 3rd 2026 around 6:30pm I ordered a strawberry milk tea, the drink came out bitter without all the usual fixings. this has happened on multiple occasions which I believe could be caused by cross contamination when making the drinks, or even due to it being late hours and a lack of Ingredients. Today's drink was sipped then left on a curb. Do not misinterpret this review, the drinks here are great when made proper. I ordered the taro milk tea, I've have taro milk tea at many places and this place by far has been the worst, as it didn't taste like taro and tasted more like watered down black tea with milk. The boba and custard were what made this drink tolerable as it wasn't even purple I was starting to wonder if maybe they gave me the incorrect drink. Ambiance is calm and nice. I tried their other drink the lychee one and that one was by far better than this one in terms of taste. I will not be trying the taro drink at this place again and would not recommend it. Got the coconut slushee with boba and when I got it, it wasn't blended correctly and the tasted no coconut flavor whatsoever. It was really just ice and water with boba. Came in around 9-10 pm on 6-17-25, the female worker that night made while the other male one was working on another drink for someone else. Wow I've never been so disappointed with boba milk tea my entire life until today. I was really looking forward to liking this place due to the high ratings but the drinks we ordered was terrible to say the least. My husband and I had dinner and I was craving milk tea and saw this place was one the way home. We arrived 30mins just before they closed. As we entered we were greeted. The place needs better ventilation it smelled like deep fried oil and as we left our clothes reeked like it. We looked over the menu I ordered one of their "top drink" Taro milk tea it came with boba and pudding. My husband had the kiwi milk tea. We ordered 75% sweet. The lady mixed and shook our drinks I couldn't even see the purple taro once she did it. Took a sip and It was not good the drink didn't taste like taro and it was powdery like texture I had 3 sips and had to toss it. My husband's kiwi milk tea tasted nothing like kiwi. It tasted like a watered down jasmine tea had 2 sips and had to throw it away. We were so disappointed wasted $10 and most likely not returning. read more

This has always been a good comfort boba place for me since I used to always go here. Environment is super cute and I like how they expanded to food too. Service is usually fast. I'm such a fan of their thai tea! I'm from LA and I'm very particular about my milk teas. I'm not enthusiastic when milk teas taste like straight powder in milk. This thai tea is the legit tea brewed and it's delicious. My significant other was surprised too with how good it was. In a unanimous decision, my nieces and i have concluded that we give MinTea 5 stars. Not only do they have my favorite black tea, Assam black tea but their sugar adjustment, and ice adjustments were perfect. Today we ordered the new cotton cloud drink which comes with cotton candy and strawberry popping boba. My niece says it tastes like cotton candy and approves. I also ordered tropical tea with fruit bits in it, 50 percent sweet and extra ice. Assam black milk tea, 25 percent and extra ice. Popcorn chicken with cayenne seasoning. My sister went to order my mom and I a couple iced teas from MinTea since we've never tried it so this is my first impressions. I got the Fresh Raspberry Iced Tea because I know not alot of boba shops have that flavor and just a heads up, it is not similar to the raspberry iced teas you get at restaurants, stores, etc. The Raspberry Osmanthus Tea is kind of subtle because the jellies overpower it a bit. It's not bad, just very sweet -- so for sweet toothes it's a good choice. Same goes for the tea my mom got, on the sweeter side so if you're not into that, probably ask to adjust the amount of jellies or sweetness. Overall, I did not get to check out the shop myself but based on the drinks, I think it's more on a pricier side based on the amount you get. The drinks are definitely not bad, I would love to try other drinks and try the teas less sweet. read more

We are BLOWN AWAY at how great this new place is!!! Our Taro boba smoothies were everything we wanted. But that wasn't it. THEY HAVE FOOD! Generous appetizer portions that are delicious! I ordered the egg rolls and my son ordered the garlic fries. We are thrilled that they are in our neighborhood and can't wait to try EVERYTHING on their menu. A basic house milk tea is usually my go to too see if I'll enjoy that boba spot and I've give this place three attempts throughout this last year/ year and a half now and it's been so horrid every time . The boba itself is super soft chewy and warm when you get it so I'll give two stars for that but it's sad the tea was such a disappointment. It taste like basic tap water with a splash of milk there's no flavor or sweetness whatsoever. read more
