It's not the place for a quick bit, but we were okay with that and had fine service. The shrimp and grits was SO GOOD-- I highly recommend and might even say this is a must get. The chicken sandwich was also delicious. Definitely want to come back to try some more.

The taste, service and quality of the food are all outstanding just like the one in College Park. Our waiters name was Chris and he was amazing. We wanted to sit outside at the fire pit and he made sure the fire pit was set to a comfortable level for our liking. Additionally, he continuously checked in on us and made sure we didn't go without. Our food was made to perfection. I love the Cajun chicken sandwich and although this was my first time having it in years I still remember the flavor and this sandwich didn't disappoint at all. My husband ordered the shrimp po boy and at every bite as well. We both enjoyed our drinks as well, the peach lemon drop and whiskey mojito. A great restaurant for American cuisine with a Cajun twist. I've been a fan of this restaurant for a very long time and I'm happy I'm still able to enjoy their food.

Intimate, warmly lit, and thoughtfully designed, it invites you to settle in. The presence of books, the scale of the room, the soft energy all creates an atmosphere that feels cultivated. What stands out most is the curation. The wine list is exceptional without being overwhelming, and the option for half pours makes it especially enjoyable for a slower, more exploratory evening. It's clear that every selection has been chosen with care and a point of view. The food follows suit--refined, seasonal, and quietly confident. Nothing is overdone, yet everything feels considered and well-executed. It complements the experience rather than competing for attention. Service is knowledgeable, passionate and attentive. My waiter was incredibly knowledgebale and offered the perfect suggestions. Then, when I was ready to try a drink, the bartender noticed, came over, and suggested a half pour of champagne with the omelette I ordered. Lucian doesn't try to be everything. It knows exactly what it is and executes it at a very high level. It's a place to linger, to read, to have a glass of wine that turns into two. An experience that feels both personal and elevated.

We started with the polenta appetizer, silky and warming, the kind of simple dish that becomes memorable when it's done with real finesse. The black grouper followed as the star -- perfectly cooked, delicate, and rich without ever feeling heavy. Paired with the seasonal salad, bright and crisp, it created a beautiful balance of depth and freshness. The 2021 Tempranillo from Rioja, Spain was a standout. Smooth, structured, and aromatic, it elevated every dish without overpowering them -- one of those bottles you immediately want to remember. Dessert was the lemon tart, light, fragrant, and absolutely divine. A perfect finish. And because it's Lucian, we didn't leave without wandering the shelves -- and ended up purchasing The Silk Roads by Anna Ansari, the perfect companion to an already thoughtful evening. A refined, welcoming space that feeds you in every sense. We'd return without hesitation.

The service was fantastic from start to finish, and the seasonal menu was perfectly curated. We started with the fry bread and the olives and focaccia. Both were amazing, but the pepperoni butter that came with the fry bread was everyone's favorite. For my main, I ordered the lamb pappardelle, which was delicious. The pasta was fresh and the ragu was so flavorful. I also got to try the scallop ravioli and the potato parfait that came with the strip steak--all of it was beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. As we were leaving, we noticed they were setting up a DJ booth for some live music. It looks like a really fun spot, and we can't wait to go back!

There's a large drinks menu that I can't comment on a teetotaler. I would've preferred a couple more non-alcoholic options, but I was able to get a flavored soda water so I didn't feel completely left out. The starters were the star of the menu to me. I had a great time ordering and sharing with my party, trying a bit of everything. Everything was delicious and beautiful. My single critique is that I wanted more of several items which is hardly a critique at all. Unfortunately I was somewhat let down by the vegan main which was a risotto with seasonal veg. The flavor was a little thin and it felt like a bit of an after thought compared to the other mains at my table. While I'm glad there's a vegan option, I'm not actually vegan! I just wanted the seasonal veg made to the chef's preference and was disappointed with the result. Everyone else at the table was thrilled with their meals though! Overall it was a tasty and enjoyable experience, though a few changes could've made it better.

On a beautiful early summer day with warm sunshine and gentle breezes, it was a pleasure to sit at…read moreone of the outside patio tables, overlooking the colorful flower garden and the lazy river -with food and service that lived up to this restaurant's positive reputation and its 5 star reviews. Food: 5/5 We decided to try a leisurely lunch. The menu is not large, but it has enough variety to be interesting. Everything we tried was delicious. The smoked salmon appetizer portion was large, but the best part was the great flavor. I can see why this choice has been on the menu for years. The Vidalia onion soup will be a surprise for the non-Georgians who expect it to be similar to a savory beef broth like French onion soup. Georgia's onions from the Vidalia area are sweet and tasty enough to carry the soup without the help of a meat broth and the green pesto sauce offers a nice additional touch. The salmon on fresh salad was done perfectly. The panka-crusted cod with mashed potatoes and spinach was outstanding. Both were seasoned so lightly that the true flavors shone through. The portions were generous enough that dessert at the time would have been too much, but others can do as we did and take home one of the dessert choices. Next time we plan to try their sandwiches which looked yummy at other tables. Service : 5/5 Service was excellent from the pleasant greeting, through the entire meal. Our server, Clayton, couldn't have been more helpful with the menu, as well as being very efficient and amiable. He made sure our food was served promptly and our beverages glasses were full, and our requests were met quickly. Facility: The facility lends itself to the riverside experience from the canoe in the entryway ceiling to the flowers and bird feeders just beyond the patio tables. The white tablecloth ambiance informs you that this isn't a fast-food experience. There are tents set aside in a more private are of the garden as a lovely venue for special events Location : This isn't a quick roadside stop next to a 6-lane highway. Even though the restaurant is convenient to dine in an Atlanta suburb, the roads to the restaurant wind and meander for a short distance through one of the prettiest neighborhoods, with a canopy of large old trees, with lovely fences, hedges, and gates lining the road. There is courteous valet parking at the front door. The restaurant is not inexpensive but it is well worth the prices paid, in our opinion.

Been wanting to try this place for years finally got a chance to go tonight with my son because…read morewe're both foodies, we're both chefs and we wanted to see what they brought to the table. They brought their A game for sure!! what a great experience. This is a casual very open place with a plethora of chefs, each creating a specific dish that they will bring to you and you choose whether you want to eat it or not. The menu is written to where you just check off what you got and you go down the menu and each chef will bring out the dish they created, describe it in detail and then you choose whether you want to eat it or not. Unfortunately, my son and I could not refuse anything, but we did turn down one which I can't remember what it was but this place is fabulous! Yes, these are two bite samples, the taste, and the creativity is exquisite!! These chefs brought things to my pallet that I cannot reverse engineer, and I saved every morsel they brought to the table. Literally ordering nearly everything on the menu, from custom drinks, made tableside to each entrée appetizer or dessert, sample dish, each one presented by the chef who created it this is what foodies live for. If you're going there to get filled up on hamburgers and chicken fingers, please don't go.!!! It's not for you. Especially if you spend four to $500.!! From the hostess Gabby, who was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable to begin the plethora of chefs each behind every dish that they passionately created and tried to sell it to you at the table, so you will check it off on the menu, I love the passion within the chefs minds and the creativity they came up with the dish We were actually too full when we left so those who say they had to go to McDonald's or something after they left because they didn't get enough and they don't understand these savory morsels that are coming out of the tiny kitchen, they only ordered three things because they didn't want to spend the money. This place is for those who enjoy excellent flavors creativity gastronomy, lemon foam to sauces that are unbelievably savory and delectable. I will post all my pictures if I can remember the names of all the dishes, but the menu changes weekly so it's not like you come one week and go back the next week for the same thing. This is an experience, an adventure, a step in time for a culinary experience, unlike others. It's not a fancy place so you can dress casual they don't care, The crafted cocktails were absolutely delicious, I can't tell you how much we enjoyed this experience. Yes it's expensive. But it is definitely worth it. Highly recommend.!!!!

I feel it would be very difficult for this place to get a star bc don't think the food can be consistent with how it's set up. 1 Star off for that Service was ok Ambiance was casual... I was sitting next to the kitchen watching the chefs work (who were also dressed quite casual). Had water dripping on me from the AC intermittently which def was irritating. Overall was an interesting experience because you get to say no to dishes but imo can get better food and more creative dishes at other places. I think we paid $150pp-ish for everything on the menu. I likely won't return
