She still thinks she has a lot of work to do and that my progress is only 85% out of 100% but to me she's exceeded that and I love my eyebrows again thanks to her.

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to because of my experience here. I hate being…read morenegative, and I do believe Rekha knows what she's doing. The eyebrow tint and threading I received were ok (not the best), but I was very disappointed by the customer service here. I arrived on time for my appointment, and there was a client midway through a service. I had to wait 15 minutes, which isn't a huge deal, but there wasn't any acknowledgement of my appointment time or even a "welcome in". When I was told to sit down, Rekha proceeded to take a lot of photos of my face, and though there is a sign on the wall stating that these pictures are for educational purposes, I felt much more like a marketing tool than a valued client. I immediately noticed her using the same, unwashed brush on my face that she had used on her previous client. She talked herself up a lot and made some insensitive comments about how next time I could be "brave" and have my upper lip done. She also interrupted my service about halfway through to take care of a quick walk-in, which, again, wouldn't be a huge deal if she had been more polite about it. The end of the service felt rushed to me, which was probably because there was a long line of people waiting. Rekha had apparently booked two clients for the same appointment slot and also told a few others who had called that she had time for walk-ins. I know that mistakes happen, but she really didn't seem to care much, and it was very chaotic. I had also scheduled an eyelash tinting with her, which she forgot about and said she didn't have time for. At that point, though, I was happy to get out of there. TL;DR: Ok, not great threading and eyebrow tint, terrible customer service and subpar cleanliness.
