This situation evolves over 10 minutes or more when others are just trying to enjoy. The whole event goes down. Finally, the chicken and rice arrives - but no serving bowls ever appear. The chicken has a lot of skin on it, and is not hot. There is NO manager - finally they confess the manager is not on his way, there is no manager. It was so good before, now no - what is happening?
