We talked about doing either partial or full house cleaning since a number of gutters appeared to be ok. In the end, since it was my first time, I went for the whole house to learn where future trouble spots would be and come up with a plan for future cleanings. The service was priced fairly and completed within the week. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I did notice one small issue a few days after service and the owner came back out to resolve it as soon as I contacted him. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the price, quality and speed of Genuine Quality Services.

His work was outstanding and it was great to deal directly with the owner rather than a representative. Service was provided on time and to the specs we both agreed too. Highly recommend if you need any patio work completed.

The problem was that he never supervised his crew while they were doing the work. There was a miscommunication on one area and he did not show up to resolve it. Then when it came to installing the plants, he shorted us ground cover plants by over 100 and asked us to drive out to a garden center and pick them up and plant the missing plants themselves. I don't think he has to this day come out to look at the final product. Very bad customer service and the shorted plants bordered on cheating. Very unhappy with his business in general.

Jeremy and his team were incredible from start to finish!…read more I got quotes from truly no less than 7 local radon mitigation companies to find the best and most affordable option. Twin Cities Radon was not only the most affordable, but one of the most responsive. I set up an appointment for install and was impressed with the level of communication - text and email reminders about my upcoming appointment (very necessary with how much house stuff we're juggling lately!) Jeremy arrived right on time with his teammate Mike and walked me through what they would be doing. He told me about different options for install and we chose the best spot on the house to put piping through. He let me know when they were wrapped up two hours later, and walked me through where everything was and how it all worked. Jeremy was honest, thorough, detailed and helpful every step of the way to a new homeowner like me. I paid my bill right on spot via card and it was the exact price quoted - no surprises. Thanks for an incredible experience, Jeremy!
