Jacob walked through the actual work to be completed, the value of the materials they utilize and helped us get that scheduled. We also opted to add a ridge vent to our home, which was very reasonably priced, at just $300 - $400 dollars. We had a slight hiccup when we had left a car in the garage during the work, and after the crew left they didn't take the dumpster with them, which was blocking our garage door. Since we were needing to get the car out quickly, Tim and Jacob worked together to get someone back to get the dumpster in under an hour, which was super responsive for us. Asked for a $150 more on top of the $650 I was quoted, which was fine because it was a big job and $650 was already by far the best deal I'd found. Paid via Zelle. - Cut up logs and stumps with a chainsaw and used a tarp and wheelbarrow to move all the stuff across half an acre. - Polite, expedient, considerate. I fed him lunch and coffee and water. I wouldn't hesitate to have these dudes back.

We had them pull out some river rock along 2 sides of the house and replace it with mulch. They dug out all the rock and straightened out the bricks lining the planting beds. Took them about 4 hours, they charged about $1,000. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them.

I get compliments from neighbors all the time. We added many smaller scope items once he was on site because the value was so high. Even though the crew had the company's drawing. They did tear these out and replace them but not without complaint and attempted blame shifting. Then they replaced a large portion of our driveway and it flaked, peeled, and spaled the first winter .No salt was used on it and it saw little actual traffic. They did replace 1/2 of this area at no charge however it is just as bad now. Again no salt and minimal traffic. They did ask us what we think caused it..IDK they are the "experts" They have instructed us to pressure wash and seal the affected area. This "concrete" is not solid enough to withstand much washing... In the end we wasted our home improvement dollars on sub par quality that will not hold up at all. A very poor choice on our part. Had planed on more word for them , but that seems like a stupid move..

Jaime returned my call quickly and we set up a time for an estimate and he arrived as promised. We agreed on a price and a day for the job to be done. I also asked Jaime to remove a couple of large lilac bushes and thin out a much smaller "regular" maple tree. Jaime and I had phone contact a couple of times before the scheduled work day.....always returned my calls, always answered my questions and showed up on time. Because the tree to be removed was so damn huge, they were not able to complete the job in one day. They arrived first thing the next morning and completed everything.....all debris was removed, tree stump the size of a small car ground down, all debris from the stump removed and top soil applied to where the tree stump previously was. They even cleaned up the street where they ground up all the branches from the tree. No one could even tell they had been there when they left. Anyone that is looking for tree removal and/or tree pruning would be foolish not to at least call Jaime and see what he has to say. His work is great and his pricing is right on as well! Next year I am planing on using Jaime and his crew for some re-sodding and some landscaping as well!
