terrible experience (VERY EXPLICIT TO WOODFIELD). 1) i was purchasing 2 blind boxes. i just activated my blind box punch card which automatically applies 20% off three blind box purchases. i took out a screenshot of the barcode with my membership ID and the girl tells me that they dont take coupons, which this was not. and that my phone number would be used at the end for rewards. i provided my phone number and checked out. after i walked out out of the store, i looked at the receipt and noticed my 20% was not applied, but the printed receipt policy tells me that unopened / new product could be returned at the original location within 7 days. 2) there was a miniso popup a few hundred feet away from the miniso store i just left. i went in the popup and see that one of the blind boxes i purchased was cheaper at the popup. i ended up buying 2 more blind boxes at the popup, they actually scanned my membership ID and the 20% was applied. i double checked the receipt from the miniso store and read the return policy and proceeded to return to the store to return the items i just purchased 18 minutes prior. 3) they refused to take the return, citing that all sales were final DESPITE what was clearly printed on the receipt. the reason given was that they are using corporate systems but they are not a corporate location. i was appalled at the response and lack of willingness to honor the printed policy on the receipt. if you are expecting any kind of membership perks, avoid the woodfield miniso at all costs. i have been to 3 other miniso locations and the experiences at each of those was smooth with no hassles. read more

First let me say that this is one of the best customer service I have gotten in a long time. I Called ahead of time to ask if they had certain items in stock since I live far away and did not want to drive all the way there if they were out. Michelle was extremely kind and patient with me and all my questions! She took her time to help me figure out which products were there. The next day I drove to grab my items and unfortunately I did not get to meet Michelle ; however the two girls who worked there were also so lovely and kind! The store was super clean and organized! I was looking for Harry Potter items and found some cute things! Definitely recommend coming here their items are decently priced and they had a good selection!!
