The lack of foot traffic is alarming; it seems like hardly anyone is visiting the shop. The store's marketing is inadequate; I've never seen any promotions on social media to attract customers.When I requested a two-foot longer booth at the end-cap, I expected some accommodation or discount, but none was offered. I regret becoming a vendor here and feel that my investment has not been worthwhile, especially being tied to a 12-month contract. All of the staff are very friendly, however more work needs to be done by management or the head office to bring in more traffic. I have dedicated nearly $700 towards the purchase of displays and decor. I have items ranging from $2.99 upwards to $129.99, all of which are handmade.I can't recommend The Painted Tree to other vendors unless they improve their marketing strategies and attract more customers.

I only see myself purchasing their silk merchandise because it looks really nice and closer to realistic than cheapie silk pieces. I can get other accessories for less at other stores. Sue helped me decide on pieces for my bathroom. She was great because she just LOVES her job and is really good at what she does! I wanted a piece that would work year round so I wouldn't have to switch it all out every season and the stuff she showed me was perfect. I've gotten compliments on the little arrangement already.

I was shopping for some coffee products and they had a good selection. When I went to check out one item was marked 50% , I asked the cashier if it came up as 50%, and he seemed annoyed I asked. It had not and he proceeded to tell me sometimes the items are not placed in alignment with the price tag. I told him I was sure it was correct. He called over another clerk and she confirmed it was supposed to be 50%. He never apologized or acknolwedged the error. While I will be back to shop for items, customer service needs to improve.

I came in for a blowout and wasn't able to add in the notes that I have extensions. That was zero issue for her once I arrived and we got going right on time. She did an awesome wash on my hair which needed it so badly and I think she put in an extra treatment or clarifier type of thing. My hair was in bad shape, and she really got it looking good with the wash, and then the styling! We chatted for most of the appointment, and I really liked her vibe!
