Had to dispute that a few times. 2. The order that came was incorrect. I did not order a table and they said it was part of the set so I have no choice. I call and finally convince them that it was not ordered and I would like a refund so they say ok. 4. Relieved I am thinking wait a minute. What about restocking fee? I notice that they are charging me a restocking fee. Why???? I didn't order it. I live 2 hours away so difficult to drive in. But they say, go to the store. One says I will get refunded there, but the manager says she doesn't know. I asked to be directed to billing and she says there are no numbers for them. What!?!? 3. Now I am really angry with this service and I ask to be transferred to the store and she says she can not. Wow. I used to be a fan of Licung Spaces. I could be wrong, but I have noticed some of the big chain businesses in Pflugerville are a little bit smaller compared to most of the big cities in Texas. My experience here the first time was smooth and fast. My wife and I came here for some Christmas decorations. Needless to say when we shop together we have the same type of buying taste most of the time. The service of the front desk is pretty fast when busy or slow. All the staff have greeted me with a smile and ask how I am doing as I walk into the store and when I am shopping around. As another elite Yelper stated in their review this store stays stocked and has a great selection to choose from and value of their deals/sales for the products are not bad at all. Parking here isn't too bad at all. Getting into and out of the parking lot is a bit challenging due to the Stone Hill shopping center's layout of back to back intersections. Overall, I enjoy my shopping experiences here and I look forward to many more.

There were different staff than my last visit and they were so friendly and all carried a smile on their face. One of the best deals they have here, are helium filled balloons for $1.50 each. However, on my visit, they were out of helium. We were able to figure out what was needed fairly quickly and get all the parts needed in one trip which for me is a personal record. He helped and with my construction background we got just what we needed without buying much extra. This was a perfect trip in and out in less than 20 minutes. HD was a great value and Steve made it much easier.

Ulta's salon prices are really reasonable compared to places like Drybar and Blo, which makes it a great option if you want a nice blowout without paying those higher prices. I am taking one star off though, because whoever plans the aisles at this location is clearly not paying attention. I included a video to show how asinine the placement is. Having a kiosk to try on makeup is fine, but then placing a display directly across from it basically blocks the aisle. This store's layout has become really hard to get through, especially in a wheelchair. Just a very poor layout decisions. Great stylist, great prices, ridiculous aisle planning. I'd absolutely book with Cat again... but the store layout needs some common sense.
