I loved seeing all the Sanrio characters again--it brought back so many nostalgic memories. My daughter was literally in heaven walking through the store. There's so much to look at, and everywhere you turn there's something cute. We could've stayed in there forever. This store is huge! I'm impressed with how many items are in the store. They have a lot of blind boxes, Miffy, Stitch, Calico Critters, Peanuts gang, Hello Kitty, Powerpuff Girls, Tamagotchi, and lots of Disney characters! They also have a variety of shirts, electronic items (chargers, cables, cubes, etc), makeup, skincare, and more. You'll need half of the day to check out every single item. Prices are reasonable. First time to Miniso because I wanted to get my birthday blind box, the last day to get one is 3/31/26, so only March 2026 bday folks can get them. I got there about 10:15am 3/31/26 after shopping at Costco. Told the guy I wanted Hello Kitty blind box and he showed me the area. Told me to pick the top 3 I was interested in, no prices so I just picked there. Think they were all $30 so I told him I only wanted the $25 ones. Picked 2 box and they were ok for the free coupon, I signed up on their website and got my free coupon. He asked for phone number, photo ID, and scanned the coupon. Opened it at home, got caramel pajamas hello kitty. It's cute, not worth paying $25 though. No public bathroom there, they have bathrooms inside Home Goods, in the front, right-side. read more

Miniso in Fremont, CA is a must-visit! It's the largest Miniso in the Bay Area--and currently the largest in the United States--open since January 2026. The store is huge, very organized, and packed with so many cute finds. They have tons of adorable toys and lots of fun "secret" blind boxes, which are perfect if you love surprise collectibles. I went on grand opening day during MLK Jr. Day weekend for their 10% off promotion. This is the biggest Miniso location and has a great variety of blind boxes, plushes, stationery, a t-shirt section, and Korean and Japanese-imported cosmetics. Thank goodness I don't have to shop at Olive Young for my favorite Korean cosmetic brands. They even have a gachapon room (Fun Zone) next to the cash register. The line was as long as an amusement park. The employee was kind to guide the line. I stood there in zig-zag for nearly an hour since late afternoon, and once I came out, it was dark. Expect to park farther during the weekends. It gets busier in this plaza like Valley Fair. Sign up for their membership to earn points for discounts and a free blind box on your birthday online. The hottest new place landed in Fremont and it's a Miniso NOT located in a mall with plenty of room to maneuver around in. Located in the same plaza as Homegoods/TJ Maxx, the already bustling shopping plaza now has another reason to be packed. The store is massive upon entry. 4 cashier to the right along with a small room of claw machines. The storm itself is big and seems to stretch so far back that it's almost ridiculous but the most impressive part is their blind box collection - everything imaginable can be found here. They even sell t-shirts at this location, which... did you know Miniso has t-shirts? Because I sure didn't. While the line to go in has significantly died down since their grand opening, the line to check out remained long and slow moving despite having 4 registers all open. My friend wanted to buy a blind box but gave up after seeing the line so we just left. As a Miniso stan who spends way too much on blind boxes, this place was my absolute dream. I have a location closer to where I live, but I had to come out and see the largest Miniso in the US. I came the week after opening weekend and I did not have to wait to get in, but checking out did take around 45 minutes. I came again last weekend in the evening and had no wait at all checking out. Both times I had the same staff member during check out and they were patient with my basket full of items and making sure my Blind Box digital card coupon applied (20% off on 3 separate transactions). Their selection is a lot bigger than other locations in terms of blind boxes, pins, brands, plushies, household items, and more. Their hours are a bit inconsistent across different platforms (Apple, Google, Yelp), but luckily they were open till 8pm on a Sunday night. Some items are more worth it than others, but as long as you come in with a mindset (and hopefully set a budget) to buy what sticks out to you, you'll get your money's worth. read more

The biggest and the best Miniso I've visited so far! The store has a big open plan layout. There's huge statues you can take photos with. Something unique that I haven't seen in any other Miniso is the "fun zone" with mini claw machines. I visited this store on grand opening day and it was chaotic but employees did their best to provide great customer service. Saw so many Instagram posts about this place so my wife and I had to check it out after a Target trip nearby. We normally walk past by Miniso within Great Mall and Valley Fair but we mostly came by to see if this place had more than those two places. In this case, it was sorta more or less. It felt the same and that the Instagram influencers overhyped it to make it look convincing. If you like cute things, their skincare products, shirts and anime action figures, then there's nothing much different than this place compared to the rest in the Bay Area. Since the store is still new, a lot of the shelves near the front right side of the store was empty. Although the place was vibing with lots of kids and people, the line wasn't that long so I think people were either getting checked out very quickly or there's hardly anyone buying but we must've come in a bad time since it was an hour within closing during a weekday. Weekends are usually super busy anywhere and coming over here to check it out during after our 9-5 felt more like a shopping therapy session but without buying anything. We'll probably come back again when we're looking for gifts or just to see if they've added anything to the empty shelves nearby the front. read more

Equally crazy how this location given the title "LARGEST IN THE BAY AREA" JUST opened and: 1) so empty 2) workers don't look happy to be there at all 3) the fridges are down already 4) close to no snacks 5) no clearance section from what I can see (hahaha) 6) love the fun zone 7) what happened to all the building sets, nanoblocks, etc?! (Perhaps I didn't spend enough time browsing...) SERVICE: nonexistent, no "hey," no "how are you doing?," no "welcome in" VALUE: I personally love my furry buddies so I wish there were more of this. Paint jobs continue to be more and more lackluster. Cost wise seems to be in sync with similar items on the market. ...other locations seem much more stocked, perhaps it's due to size perception? Ambiance Being the largest Miniso in the US, lots of people are coming here. Super cute place! There's an arcade in the back with claw machines, which looks really fun too Service The staff has many scanners if you need to check prices and don't want to fall in line if it's long. They also told me that they were regularly refreshed the items every day and especially every week on Friday with the new items. If you go during the weekdays, it's not as crowded. I came again on a Friday just to see if they refresh the items, and it was super crowded at the checkout line. The day that I went, there were shelves of food the next day that I went to return something, all of the food was gone, but they put out a new items. Selection They have a lot of different brands from Disney, popular anime, and Sanrio so everything--from blind boxes I didn't know even existed (Kewpie had a box) is super cute affordable. There's also a bunch of Miniso official branded items as well, saw the tech products if I was looking at including mice. There are some Japanese in Korean beauty items, stationary, and some stuff for bathroom as well. Value Everything is pretty cheap and affordable or at least at market price, including makeup. This place is still hyped up from the grand opening. Came on a Sunday afternoon and there was a checkout line that wrapped around the whole store. People were pretty respectful of each other, but this definitely made shopping difficult as aisles were blocked by people waiting in line. A lot of products were out of stock (no snacks at all :( ) or dirty from people touching them. Although workers periodically went around organizing shelves, items were out of place. Another annoyance I had were that a majority of items did not have prices marked. Found a few things I liked, but ended up not grabbing them because I had no idea how much it costed. I'm glad that MINISO is opened in Pacific Commons at Fremont! I've been to a few locations and this one has to be the largest store I've been to! And yes, many people said the same thing too. I've first heard it when there were signs about it when it's still closed for development. There are many sections MINISO offers: stuffed toys, action figures, snacks, drinks, cosmetics, and many more. They even have their own cute fun zone where people can play claw machines to catch small toys, which I never played. It wasn't too crowded when I got here and the place is very spacious meaning that it's much easier for me to look around. I didn't have toothbrushes at home anymore. So I decided to get a pack from this store. Nothing really extravagant but enough for me to get what I need. I'm not interested in getting stuffed toys and action figures since I don't have much space in my room unless they're from a franchise that I'm a big fan of, but I am looking forward to coming back here if I want something here again. read more

Came by on a Saturday evening and it was worth the drive! Definitely a big store - spacious, organized, with plenty of staff and merchandise! Everything was separated into sections - blind boxes, home goods, beauty, and themed IPs. I found a display of sticker scenes that went viral and I never knew the name of, so I excitedly got a few and even some of the staff were talking about it. I didn't get a blind box today, but it's definitely a place you can spend time in, at least 30 min to an hour. Parking was also super easy and it's in the same plaza as other shopping. Staff was friendly! I wish their beauty displays had more testing sponges/wands/strips etc so I could actually try out some of their stuff - but that's my only complaint! read more

Amazing. High ceilings and spacious Miniso store next to a furniture store with lots of public parking in the lot. They were already open when I arrived after 10am today/Sunday. Love this location for shopping. Lines were forming after 11am. There's plenty to browse through on the shelves and the space is just incredible for walking around the aisles. For ladies/girls, you're going to love the cute makeup section and they've added lots of beautiful Korean stuff. Nice. Hand creams are affordable. Snacks are still wide unique varieties and flavors. Worth it. Fragrance items seems limited, but everything else was huge in inventory and fully stocked. Good facial products/spot creams/toners. Valentine's Day gift bags are pretty. I was planning to browse around for 10-15 minutes, but ended up looking and touching everything which took me about 1 hour 20 minutes before checking out from the store. Lines were forming by then. I ended up buying snacks for the new year. Japanese gummy and jelly sweets are always addictive. My account points saved me a few bucks here. I will have to make a future trip to really browse through the ladies beauty section again. LuLu the pig and blue PenPen/penguin items are always my favorites, but I didn't see a lot of their products here yet. Girls hair accessories are off the hook pretty/gorgeous headbands too. 4-5 cashiers were busy as heck at checkout, but all were very customer oriented and helpful. I'm a Miniso fan so after seeing TikToks of a new bigger location opening in Fremont I was excited. We attempted to come on MLK's birthday but there was a line out the door and we didn't want to wait. Fast forward 2+ weeks later we made it and with no lines in sight! This location is definitely bigger than the others we have been to. Lots of space to look around, stocked with lots of blind boxes, keychains, plushies, drinking cups, tupperware, skin care items, perfume, graphic tees and other cute knickknacks but you know what was missing? THE SNACKS! Their fridge was out of service. I didn't leave empty handed though. I bought some tupperware and a Miffy keychain. Prices were super affordable but I don't think I'll be back. I'll stick to Great Mall's location. It's close to home and actually has snacks AND I'm pretty sure their fridge works. read more

I know this place just opened and is very popular. Tip: If you don't like crowds don't visit on the weekend. The parking lot is crammed, the entrance first thing you notice is the size of the checkout line which starts when you enter and snakes through the perimeter outline of the store is is basically a huge open square layout. They doing good with the crowd control . The fanfare and customers are young families with kids . Just think POP MART on steroids. There is so much stimulation and for what it's worth this place will do good here because of the Asian Fremont population-it used to be Joan fabrics I think. The products are just not my thing . For what it's worth there is a reason why it's so busy because it sells what its customers want . we were SUPER excited for this place to open up. my daughter specifically Loves miniso. we usually go to the locations in the malls, but when we heard this place was gonna be the biggest one of all, we had to go. we didn't go to the grand opening, but waited a little longer as place usually get packed at first. so i made my daughter patiently wait. unfortunately for her & i, the staff here were incredibly rude. first off, we purchased a makeup pallet for the wife/mom for her birthday, & unfortunately it wasn't the right color. so i tried to return it, & it was a big mistake. it was partially my fault, as i did Not look at the receipt after purchase stating that they can't return makeup products. Okay, i take responsibility for that. it would have been nice to know Before i bought it though. fine, it's whatever. the bad part was the interaction with the employees after i went in to take back. first, the person at the register was on her phone while i was standing there at the front of the counter waiting for her to look up finally. i'm not the type to be rude & ask her if her phone is more important than her job. i patiently waited, what felt like the longest 3 & 1/2 minutes of my life. still no looking up from the phone until i finally firmly said, "HELLO?". big sigh from her, "YES?". first bad interaction. i said that i'd like to return this. "let me get a manager". okay, waiting another couple of minutes til they finally come over, "oh sorry, we can't accept makeup returns, it says on your receipt" i apologized, that i did not see it on the receipt. i asked if i could exchange for a different color since that was all i needed, "Nope. Anything else i can help you with?" again, i'm not the type to cause a scene, so i just said no & turned around & left, feeling completely defeated. left such a sour taste in my mouth that i never set foot back in there again. read more

This store was a big hit for Fremont. Super long lines for 4 days, me and wife had to wait till the 5th day when all the hoopla has died down. The store was about 4 times or more bigger than a regular Miniso. According to their Instagram, they said it was the biggest in the US if not in the West Coast. They had a wide selection. We bought the Hello Kitty lamp, but that only last for a week before the lamp part died, so the utility part was unreliable at best. We bought a good haul here, but my main beef were the items with no price. This irked me as some of them were big ticketed items that could be $19.99 or more & there was no barcode scanner to check them out. It was a big let down. Another docked star was the absence of restrooms. I mean this was a big store & getting a ton of customers & no restroom? Eh. Not a good look imo. Anyways, this was a nice diversion & you have to bring your conscience with you or you will spend a lot especially on the items with no prices on them, but it was a good store to get some cute stuff. Selection was incredible! So much stuff it was almost overwhelming. We went at a good time with parking right in front. I was nervous about the parking situation and whether this was a stand alone store or in a strip mall but it is stand alone with plenty of parking! My only complaint is pricing! I did expect things to be expensive so that wasn't a shock to me at all, but many items didn't even have prices on them at all so you just have to hope it's in your budget. I believe this Miniso is the replacement of the NewPark Mall location. This is the biggest Miniso in the US with a wide selection of items! Super spacious store, not too busy on the weekday but beware of weekends. My issues are items with no price and the lack of stock in the store. I understand this location is bigger but are they understaffed? The workers are nice and I can tell they try their best. I do miss the NewPark mall location as it was more comfortable to shop in. read more

although this location is extremely spacious and the largest miniso, the store feels so disorganized and the inventory was not great. the layout of the store was really odd to me. i totally get that this location is new and popping off right now, but it was extremely overwhelming to be in. we came specifically so that i can use my free birthday reward and they had none of the blind boxes i wanted in stock (i would've settled for 10+ different blind boxes i see in stock at the great mall, stoneridge, and valleyfair locations all the time, which this location had none). so many blind boxes were tampered with and products were just left everywhere. the absolute worst part? they use a bluetooth connected speaker which they had BLASTING with the WORST SIGNAL located towards the front/where most of the blind boxes were. the music was static-y, loud, and kept cutting in and out. it was just such a bad experience. this makes me miss the newpark mall location three stars because the workers i did speak to were kind and helpful -- you can tell they were doing their best with the large crowds and with how busy it was. read more

Attended the grand opening of the largest Miniso in America. Staff is very helpful and excellent with service. Much bigger than any Miniso that you have ever been to. A huge selection of products. Displays of Snoopy and Stitch you can take pictures with the family. Plenty of parking. Since it is new, the lines are long but the staff is quick to process everyone.
