It was a nice surprise to find them. . The shop is small but is filled with a great mix of bead types including traditional glass beads, crystals , stones and more. I appreciate that I can get certain sizes and shapes of beads that I can't find at the other stores. I also loved being able to feel the beads and look at them in person vs online. Sam was there (maybe the owner) and he was super welcoming and helpful. I ended up with a string of jade beads and a string of coral colored beads plus some earring hooks. I'll be back for sure.

This store has a wonderful collection of beads and I'm happy to have come across this little gem to further add to my collection. I purchase A LOT of beads online and in-person so I'd like to think I have good judgement when it comes to deeming things worthy of their prices and quality but I still have room to learn! I read a lot of reviews before visiting business which is a blessing and a curse because many reviews mentioned the prices of beads being too high which concerned me, regardless of those reviews I took a chance and went in myself. For the size of the store the collection of beads is nice, hanging on either side of the store are strings of semi-precious beads. I usually hover around the left section of the store as those beads are more of what I'm looking for. They do have some sterling silver pendants which are cute, wishing they had more variety but not complaining. They also have a nice variety of jewelry making supplies or "findings" including stainless steel and sterling silver. Their assortment of pearls is WONDERFUL!!! One of the largest collections I've seen so far! So many shapes, sizes and colors!!! Manik, the owner told me they source a lot of their pearls from India & Australia which is GREAT to know as many of the pearls I use are sourced from the Philippines and Texas. From what I've personally noticed is that Texan pearls are very affordable, they're nice but they're not "perfect", more variety of oval shaped than circular shaped and more striations than the conventionally pretty and polished pearls you might find elsewhere. The pearls that Manik supplies are beautiful, smooth and uniform, you can easily inspect the strands for any imperfections! I've found an online supplier of Texan pearls who offerers 15.5" strands for 8mm pearls, where Beads At Beads might charge almost x2 for a 15.5" strand of similarly sized pearls, I CAN justify the price increase because of the availability, the quality, the quantity available and country of origin, etc., there are different factors that contribute to pricing and I always keep that in mind when making a purchase. Okay, I'm done geeking out on pearls, I've found my new go-to place! Thanks, Manik for your thoughtful selection of jewelry making supplies, I will be back! :)

David helped me, and I couldn't have asked for a better guide through the process. I came in knowing what I liked aesthetically, but not fully understanding movements, GMT functions, long-term care, or how different brands compare. David broke everything down clearly without ever making me feel inexperienced. What I appreciated most was how passionate and knowledgeable he is about watches at every level. Whether discussing entry-level pieces or high-end collectors' watches, he spoke with the same depth and respect. It felt less like a sales interaction and more like a conversation with someone who truly loves horology. If you're thinking about starting your watch journey, or adding to your collection, this is the place to do it. And ask for David! Great experience from start to finish. Thank you David.

Ask for Cecilia. She was fantastic, extremely kind, answered all my questions, and helped me get the right watch (Grand Seiko) at a great deal. I left feeling very happy with my purchase. One of the things I liked about CH is the ability to shop Omega, Grand Seiko, and many others all in one place. Will be back for the next one.

I must preface this by saying I have had piercings at other Claire's locations in the past with great results and wonderful customer service. I am no going in expecting to have the same experience as I would at a proper piercing shop where they use a needle. I went there on a Friday around 1:15 in the afternoon.  I tried calling before I went, but their phone number does not work.  When I arrived the security grill was pulled down and the store was closed with a handwritten sign that said "Be Right Back."  I stood there for about 15 minutes and no one showed up.  I went to speak with a gentleman who works at a kiosk just outside the store and asked if he knew when the salesperson had left the store.  He told me that the store had been closed with that sign since the previous day.  I found this frustrating since I had even made an appointment on their website.  I went to do some other shopping and returned around 1:45 to find the store open and the young lady working there informed that she was not the one that had closed the store or placed the "Be Right Back" note.  I proceeded to ask her about getting a piercing and selected the stainless steel 3 mm cz earring set.  She marked my earlobes and allowed me to confirm the placement.  She did the right ear first which was fine.  On the Left side she did the piercing crooked (at an angle) so the front of the earring is tilted downward and the backing is jammed up again the hard part of theback of my ear.  When doing a piercing it should be done paralel to the floor and perpendicular to the ear lobe otherwise it ends up being crooked as it is in my left earlobe and the piercing goes through more tissue than needed.  This will also be a problem with jewelery as the earrings do not sit flush with the earlobe and are angled downward not to mention the backing digging into the back of the concha of my ear causing pain.  Had the piercing been done properly and not at an angle then these things would not be an issue.  Now more than 6 wks later that side has not healed and the stem of the earring (the long part that creates and sits within the piercing canal) has less room to move than the other side because it is going through the tissue at an angle so it ends being a thicker piece of tissue. I understand that the staff is not given a great deal of training but this is ridiculous. I even emailed their customer service to see if they would perhaps consider repiercing the affected side at the very least a discounted price (if I go to redo it in my own I will have to pay the same amount for 1 piercing as I would for 2). Their customer service did not bother to respond to my message. Poor quality work and even lower quality customer service from the parent company.
