We needed some extra storage for a while, and chose Mini U Storage due to proximity to home and excellent rates. I've had to use various storage places through the years, and can say that Mini U is hand down the best I've ever worked with. The security was good, the units and campus were clean and air conditioned, and accessibility was perfect . But what earned them this review is their customer service. They were so nice and friendly when we opened the unit, and even gave out some good advice about security. But when we finished with the unit, we moved out on a Sunday afternoon, and left the unit unlocked. Monday morning we got a call about it being unlocked to make sure everything was ok. When we told them it was empty, they agreed to cancel the contract without me coming down, and without the 30 day notice (events caused us to not be able to have this lead time). I truly enjoyed every interaction I've had with this location. Even when my credit card on file was cancelled and needed to be replaced they were friendly and helpful when they called to say it had been declined. The Mini U Storage in Parker Colorado has a management team of husband and wife Ryan and Kim and they're very professional and very friendly. If facility is one of the cleanest storage facilities I believe in the world and not just because it's new I believe it's because of the team that they have there working they seem to really Take pride in their work and their workplace.
