The outdoor patio is pet-friendly, so we were able to enjoy breakfast outside with our dog, Luna. We both had breakfast sandwiches, and they were cooked perfectly. The English muffin was especially good and really made the sandwich. Since we placed a to-go order, we didn't have much interaction with the staff, but everything was ready on time and the overall experience was smooth. We'd definitely recommend it for a quick, delicious breakfast in Telluride.

It was pretty busy for a weekday around 10 a.m., and there seemed to be a constant line of people ordering. I got the breakfast bowl with eggs and summer vegetables, and unfortunately it was pretty disappointing. The veggies had almost no flavor, and there were pieces of asparagus that were so tough and woody I couldn't even chew them. The bowl was also supposed to have sunchokes, but I honestly didn't see or taste any. Overall, it was just very bland. I also ordered a flat white, which had way too much milk and didn't really taste like a flat white. The milk didn't seem properly steamed and it almost tasted like cold/warm milk had just been added to the espresso. The one thing I really enjoyed was the homemade pop tart. That was actually delicious and easily the best thing we had. Overall, I found it pretty pricey, although I know that's somewhat expected in Telluride. For the price, though, I was hoping for much better food and coffee. The pop tart was great, but unfortunately the rest of the breakfast was a miss for me.

Their patio isn't very big, but it's covered, so it worked out perfectly with the rain. My husband and I shared a small pizza and did half and half with the gluten-free crust. I got the Supreme on my half and he got the Meat Lover's. The pizza was really good! The GF crust was honestly one of the best gluten-free pizza crusts I've had. It had a great texture and didn't taste like your typical GF crust at all. The sauce was also really flavorful. I also ordered the artichoke salad. It was decent overall, although I wish there had been a little more artichoke in it. Our server was very nice and we had a good experience overall. Definitely a great spot to grab a pizza, and I'd absolutely get their GF crust again if we're back in town.

The setting is very relaxed. Prices are reasonable for quality of the food. Servers are so kind and inviting. One thing to note- the food does take a while since they are making everything fresh so if you are on a time crunch, I would take that into account before coming here.

I dropped in to get a sandwich today and my first shock was seeing the behind-the-counter kid helping me touch everything with the gloves that he was going to use to make my sandwich: his face, his pockets, a pen, a clipboard, a scale. I asked him to change his gloves. He did. Then he proceeded to set the clipboard down on the sandwich making cutting board, run his newly gloved hand across the paper, grab a pen, and touch a dirty wall on his way to get the meat. The best was yet to come. He grabs the ham, and goes to the meat slicer, already with some salami on it, sets the ham down on the side of the counter where there is roast beef that had been sitting there since I walked up, removes the salami and sets that aside on another counter. And here is the worst part. He disappears into the back, brings out a literal small bucket of water, pulls out a dirty cloth from it that's been used for who knows what, wrings the water out back into the bucket, then uses the cloth to wipe off the meat slicer where he then sets down the ham.... he then throws the filthy rag back into the bucket--presumably to be used again... wherever else it's needed. At that point, I said, "changed my mind" & walked away. If you want to get sick, get your lunch here.

This place is fusion but having the toppings be sriracha, soy sauce, and some type of powdered not spicy chili blend is criminal. Give the people some rayu, mayu, and chili crisp oil in a caddy. Even some gochujang would have done the trick. Sriracha isn't vegan and has no real heat. Telluride really loves very safe bland flavors. I get catering to middle America but get brave with your sauces to give normal eaters some options please! I'd go back but probably will smuggle in some toppings because ramen without any heat isn't ramen worth eating.
