JJ is clearly extremely passionate about her craft and proposed a creative menu that featured local ingredients and had plenty of options for our guests with dietary restrictions. Each dish that JJ came up with was deliciously prepared, perfectly fresh, and arrived piping hot. The food was also very generously portioned for our buffet style wedding meal. Over the course of the evening our guests raved about each of the dishes that JJ and her team put together. Everything is very tasty, though the BBQ sauce was advertised as 'tangy' and I think it could use a little more zest. When I think of tangy, I want a little puckering - so perhaps the vinegar could have been amped up. On the whole, it's actually very tasty and a very nice well-rounded lunch. The Brazilian cheese bread....SO GOOD. I'd like to get a container of just that.
