Now I am waiting on Tim Buiten to grow a spine take fault, instead of just my money. Don't let this shady company take your money. Their pricing was very much on par with the other companies I met - for that large service, as well as ongoing bi-weekly yard care. We pointed out where the main valve was, and instead of doing the job he was scheduled for, he told my daughter to "forget it," saying it was too difficult and that he had three other jobs to do. This appointment was set by their office, not me. Because I wasn't home at that moment, he called me rude and said he wasn't doing the job at all. I told him to leave my property since he had been disrespectful from the start. He began yelling, so I hung up, and he even called me back afterward, which I did not answer. Overall, extremely unprofessional behavior, unnecessary attitude, and zero accountability. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them based on this experience.
