In total I paid $2000 for them to break my irrigation system and have 1/2 my yard die. I had another company who dug up the backflow valve and showed that rainpros disconnected half my irrigation system and were clearly responsible. Now I am waiting on Tim Buiten to grow a spine take fault, instead of just my money. Don't let this shady company take your money. We pointed out where the main valve was, and instead of doing the job he was scheduled for, he told my daughter to "forget it," saying it was too difficult and that he had three other jobs to do. This appointment was set by their office, not me. Because I wasn't home at that moment, he called me rude and said he wasn't doing the job at all. I told him to leave my property since he had been disrespectful from the start. He began yelling, so I hung up, and he even called me back afterward, which I did not answer. Once the crew cleaned up, there wasn't a blade of grass out of place. Every plant that had been lifted was carefully replanted. Lawns cleared of rock and dirt, sod replaced and leveled. Gravel raked.
